Best Western Oxnard Inn

The beds were nice and comfortable, the room was clean and up dated nicely

The rooms were OK. The bathroom over flooded around 430 or 4 o’clock in the morning. Water is coming out of the bathroom. We call for service. They said they have no rooms available. It was really bad experience. They find to give us one room not they were gonna get up early at 7:30 to leave. It was really bad experience. I will never use that hotel again for Services.

It was okay but the cleaning person never came by to throw the trash, do our beds and didn’t bring us extra towels. Also, the neighbors from the second floor made a lot of noise & we’re running down to the first floor.

We had to find a hotel at 1am and they were accommodating even in those late hours.

Amazing. Staff is the best

The lady at the front desk was amazing I forgot her name. She was very informative. My issues and it has nothing to do with the hotel is it was cold I didn’t expect that my son could not go to the pool that was a bit disappointing for him

Staff are very nice and room is in good condition but the Inn is outdated. The area around this hotel is very rundown with suspicious activity. Did not feel safe with my kids.

Overall decent for the price!

Carpet was do dirty to the point where you're forced not take your shoe off. Room feels like a disaster. Breakfast is so horrible. Parking is not the best but okay

perfect for us

The wifi , tv, nor toilet were working properly. However, it was the only spot that wasn’t charging an arm and a leg for an impromptu trip so it’s fine. If I could help it, I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s more of a motel vibe than a hotel.

Jacuzzi was broken that should be disclosed to customers before booking especially customers with extended stay.

Works perfect for my employees

This hotel gets booked just due to lack of inventory. I go to Oxnard for business and can’t always find availability at other hotels. Best Western is usually acceptable, but this one lacks a lot. First off, it is extremely noisy, being at 5 points area and by a train track. From motorcycles to sirens from first responders, it is hard to have any kind of peace and quiet. Breakfast is poor quality and lacks variety. The front desk staff are instructed not to check anyone in a minute before 3:00pm or they would charge an early checkin fee. We arrived at 2:45pm and were told to wait till 3:00pm. Of course we did, but by that time there was a long line to checkin, due to this unwelcoming policy. As a paying “guest” who travels for work and vacation, I’ve never been denied checkin just a few minutes before the official checkin time. There were plenty of available rooms and I had no special requests for a room, so this policy just made me feel unwelcome and set the uneasy feeling for the entire trip. I would definitely stay at another hotel even if more expensive.
