Best Western Plus DFW Airport West Euless

Very clean and quite. Great location.

Easily the best Best Western I've stayed in. Clean, quiet, spacious. The breakfast was great: bacon, egg, sausage; toast, waffles, fresh roasted coffee (fresh!), yogurt and granola. The only drawback was no frosted flakes! Cheerios, froot loops and raisin bran. Not worth a star deduction but definitely worth mentioning so that management can change this horrific happenstance. While I'm nitpicking: PSA: there are three Best Westerns with 'airport' in the title in the area. Don't go to the wrong one. Other than that our stay was perfect, just what we wanted. Thank you!

Good hotel. Close to restaurants.

The pool was clean and the hot tub as well. The rooms were clean. Bed was comfy. Sofa sleeper mattress was lole a pancake. The breakfast was good but there were no non pork options. The staff was friendly and responsive. I highlt recommend thos property and woll staff again in the future.

Pretty good hotel in the Dallas Metro. Safe and close to amusement parks, and professional sporting venues.

Stag was very friendly and helpful. Beds felt like you were sleeping on springs and the padding was flat. Didn’t like the fact that both beds were push against the walls so the person sleep in the bed with you had to crawl out either down the bed or over the person next to them. Has to wash some clothes in an emergency. But the dryer didn’t work. Took my money twice but staff gave me my money back. Other than those issues the hotel was fine for a quick 1 night stay. Probably wouldn’t want to stay longer than that.

Staff polite ,clean room, delicious breakfast

Very accommodating. The airport shuttle operator extended over and above service to me with all my luggage. Breakfast was also delicious daily with many options.

Missing nearly all the dumbbells. Also the cable machine was broken. Had a few treadmills though. Bed was stiff and hard. Pillows were small. Breakfast was good but strange it started at 5am weekday and 7am weekend. Had a bad stay and would not be helped with a partial refund. Will not visit here again.

Elevator floor light was not working. Luckily only four floors so knowing which floor you were going to was not difficult. Definitely recommend getting this fixed

Tania : the super elegant recepcionist always smily and ready to help from the buttom of her heart nice and kind lady . Mukesh patel: A friendly guy smily as usual with wink of an eye can solve any problem. Gabriel: A super wonderful men so dedicated to his work ready to help anyone no matter race religion .I remeber him coming from his home walking more than 45 mnt under the hot sun insist to take me by bus shuttle to my destination God bless you Gabriel. One employee disapointed me is Laxmi rude never smile when i ask her to use bus shuttle to go to Cr Smith museum she refused claim that this destination is more than 3 miles.I show her it is 1.8 miles.After i used the bus shuttle i call her in order the bus driver return me she claim that he is out of the hotel and he will me late,so i took ubber and return immediately to the hotel i found him at the hotel. And also i want to go to walmart she refused t o used the bus shuttle and ask me to use ubber.Pls to gain more customer and customers write a good review teach her to be honest nice and specialy don't lie to the customers they are not stupid. I suggest to put a sign in your hotel writing the customers is always right and a small box for customers complaints. Thanks

We stayed here before flying out of DFW and after we returned. Great experience both times. Rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast was great.
