My stay was amazing great service great experience. The only downside but not a problem. I know the hotel needs a remodel and it going to happen soon. Is that the lock to the room had issues recognizing the key. Took 5-6 try’s before I could get in the room.

Our stay was excellent! The location was perfect close to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, especially with my autistic son, which meant a lot to me. The only downsides were that I could hear my neighbor leaving their room each night, and the toilet paper holder in our bathroom was broken. Other than that, everything was great!

Smelled horrible. Will never stay there again or any other best western for that matter. We couldn’t enjoy the pool which is one of the many reasons we choose this hotel because the staff and hotel allow a grown man to walk around in a thong bathing suit showing his back end off to kids for two days straight all day. So we didn’t swim because I didn’t want my 12 years son having to look at. Grown man’s butt the whole time in a thong. Reported it and they laugh at the front desk and said they would speak to him which they never did because we watched and wait so my son could swim but they never told him anything. So he did that for two straight days all day long at they pool so we never got to swim

I think most of the rooms need deep cleaning, it was not sanitary and there were multiple roaches in my room and bathroom and the couch was really dirty and old
