The checkin was easy and they were very helpful for us. With a impending snow storm, they were prepared and had cleared snow several times before it was time for us to leave.

Even though we were called the day before and was told the original room that we rented was not available for our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was still wonderful. The staff was great and our grandkids had a blast in the pool!

The hotel was clean. Our only issue was that other guests weren't very courteous. We had a room on the second floor. Window looked out onto the pool. Kids kept throwing tennis balls at it. One night was till 10:00 p.m. did check with front desk. TWICE!!! kids running everywhere, i like kids, work with them every day. But not when im away trying to relax and they're running all over the hotel that i just paid alot of money to stay in

The room I was in was the smallest hotel room I have ever entered. There was a table blocking the hallway to enter the room and I could not get my things through without lifting everything over the top of the table.

Pool hours are only until 10 pm, even on weekends. Which is a bummer. Would be nice to have it open for adults only from 10-12. Parking is a little tight. Other than that the rooms are great and clean. Beds are comfortable and quiet.

Room was clean, hotel itself was clean but a tad rundown. Had a nail sticking up from the threshold in our bathroom, which is terribly small. Beds were more comfortable than I thought they'd be but don't offer much support. Not much options on TV although we weren't in the room much for it to matter. Access to the convention center but a long walk.

We booked a suite, which showed three beds (2 queen, one king). There was a also a couch pictured in the images.
The suite we got was a two level suite, no bathroom on the bottom level. There were stairs only to gain access to the room, and stairs in the room itself. This would’ve been nice to know, as we had an elder with us for the trip. There was no place to put suitcases upstairs. The downstairs was too dimly lit to sit and visit.
