The property was fresh and clean, perhaps new. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

This property was really well kept. Room was very spacious. Definitely will be staying there again.

Clean and comfortable for our overnight stop. Breakfast was EXCELLENT with so many options in addition to hot/cooked food. Bed was comfortable. Toiletries were nice and a quality brand. Bed and linens were very comfortable.

The staff was friendly but our room was not clean and had an odor. We figured out later the sink was plugged up tight and wouldn’t drain and that was likely the culprit of the smell. The building as a whole was getting run-down - only one elevator works and it’s slower than molasses on a Canadian winter morning, there are stains on the hallway carpet, and mildew stains in the shower. It’s had a rough life

Decent property. The door slamming was rather distracting.

Helpful and friendly staff

It was a very comfortable and quiet location. The front desk clerk was very informative and friendly! Not to mention efficient.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The location was excellent. Complaints…. The internet was horrible. I never got on. I needed to do email on my laptop so not good. The inside of the hotel was very clean, but outside the north fence is packed full of trash

The room was very clean. In fact the whole place was clean. The beds were very comfortable and check in was very easy. The only real thing I can say I didn’t care for too much was the breakfast and it’s like all the breakfast in hotels, fake scrambled eggs were kind of cold. Didn’t care for the sausage taste and the bread was very hard. That’s pretty common for hotels. Overall, the place was excellent

Elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor with lots of bags. Breakfast was fine, the bed wasn't great, but not the worst.

Had a great time! Hotel is nice. The breakfast there is better than most hotels continental breakfast. Lots of options. Nice room. The hotel can be kind of hard to find. Maps takes you across the street to the Walmart. The staff were kind but oftentimes the desk would have no one at it for a long time and you can’t call them.

They waited till they checked me in to find out the elevators were not working. I am partially handicapped and had to walk up for flights with my bag claimed there was no other rooms but yet the parking lot was empty refrigerator in the room made it horrible clunking noise all night long couldn’t sleep I had to do some work when I couldn’t connect to the Internet and call down the Internet was also down and wasn’t working so I couldn’t do my work when I got into the shower in the morning. It was filled with hair from the last customers stay never was cleaned When I complained they said they’ll look into it and that was it. I usually never give bad reviews, but wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

normally the place is great stay there many times and some of the staff is amazing but there's this angry fat girl that goes by the name of Chad. she's rude and and quite frankly lacking in sophistication and intelligence and overall cleanliness and culture.
