I’m pregnant I had to keep going downstairs 3 times to get the card to work to open the door . That didn’t work so he had to get keys to open it . The room had a horrible smell to it . The service was terrible

We were on the top floor where we experienced noise on the roof through the night. Very weird. You cannot walk to the airport even though Google map says you can. BW provided a free shuttle to the airport Air train which took about 20 min. Then you take the air train to the train which is an additional 20 min.

Very decent, clean rooms for the prices. Comfortable beds, soft pillows and air-conditioned. Multi-channeled TV with YouTube access gives alot of entertainment options. Free airport shuttle makes it very convenient for Newark Airport drop-off. Recommended affordable option if you're looking to overnight somewhere near Newark before a flight.

The property is located in a very busy area near the airport so getting in and out was not easy. With no suitable onsite dinning, it made the stay even more uncomfortable having to navigate the traffic in this area.

It was nice and for the price the beds are really comfortable, room was clean bathroom need some remodeling our door bathroom lock didn't work and shower tap was broken so you couldn't take a bath and the walls are thin so you can hear whatever is happening next room , and noise come easy from the door , at night some guests where shouting like at 1am and everyone in our room woke up , the place can be tricky to find at night our GPS send us true another side that the road was block , we have good luck and a police officer told me how to reach the hotel. Beside that it was a nice stay.

First thing I noticed was the cigarette smell in the elevator, in spite of being "smoke-free." Rooms were dated, but they're changing management and undergoing renovations. Staff was friendly. I misread "Breakfast for a fee" as "Breakfast is free" but that's on me... ;-(
