It was a perfect stop for us after traveling all day! Everything was clean and comfy.

My stay was fine. Knowledgeable pleasant accommodating staff especially Christina. Bed was a little too soft for my liking. The problem with this property is that the bathrooms need to be updated. The vanities and the toilet bowls are way too low

The front desk seems like do not want to work there. They sit in the lobby alot and when you need something or ask something, they made you feel that you are bothering them.

Needed a safe and quiet place to stay overnight while traveling. Served our purpose and was comfortable. Nothing noticeably bad, just very good for an affordable overnight stay, and staff was very friendly. Would stay again.

Always stay here when we come to visit family in Richmond Hill.I think I sleep more soundly here than I do at home.

It was clean beds and bathroom. And plenty of room for my grandson’s pack and play.

I didn't like our room. It was loud as close to the front desk (2nd floor) and directly in front of the parking lot. So I would hear the people coming to check in and hear the cars. Also, the front desk person wasn't always there and I had to wait

The stay was fine. It was easy to get on and off I-95. However, I’ve stayed at this hotel two years in a row while traveling and I’m disappointed that the hot tub was not available both times I was there. The first time, it was open but the water was lukewarm. The second time it was completely closed. I typically travel long distances so it’s nice to have a hot tub to recover. I have it a second chance this year, but this will be the last time I stay. Very disappointed. Also, I don’t agree with the pet fees. I know the fees are there because people can’t clean up after their pets. But, there should be a deposit system. Put a deposit down on your pet, hotel checks the room at the end of the stay and returns the deposit if everything is okay. My dog comes into my room, maybe eats his kibble then sleeps. No damage, no barking, etc. and I’m not the person that does the “fake” service dog thing to get free pet fees. I don’t think it’s right to the people who do have service dogs for a specific reason.

We needed a safe and convenient place to stay overnight on a road trip with our baby. Located close to the highway, easy to find, easy to park, easy to check in. Wasn’t the quietest or most pristine hotel we’ve been in, but it was fine for what we needed. Double room was big enough for our pack n play and there was a bathtub.
