Best Western Plus Texoma Hotel & Suites

This property is behind on routine maintenance. Major crack in sink countertop, walls need paint touchups, I could see daylight through the AC framing, furniture and fixtures were damaged, sink was clogged.

Nice hotel. Breakfast is ok. Beds are comfy. Quiet. Hot tub doesn’t work.

Very happy with the best western plus. Mon smoking hotel which was a better option than what was near the casino.

They were overbooked when we got there. We were supposed to have two queen size beds, but all they had was a king bed and a couch. So I had to sleep on the couch. They were very friendly and apologized, but we were exhausted from driving all day and wanted a good bed to sleep in. And there were three of us so one of us had to sleep on the couch.

Great place to stay

The hotel was easy to find. My family and I were greeted by a friendly staff member. Monica was very friendly and took the time to visit with us when we returned from our outing. The next morning she greeted us at breakfast and took our trash. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who stays in this area.

Monica was amazing. Wall by shower has exposed Sheetrock mud. Elevator was dirty. Floors and corners of floor to wall was dirty.

Monica is a great asset to your hotel. She is super friendly and outgoing.

A reasonable price for a good room. The staff were all very friendly and Monica in particular was extremely helpful in assisting me with a scheduling issue. Her attitude and professionalism were uncommonly great. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

We got to the hotel. The staff was amazing. I will say that Monica was awesome. She tried to take care of us as much as she could, and also and another gentleman that tried to help us out. Unfortunately, the room was a mess. There were stains on all the furniture the jet that was the whole purpose of renting the room was throwing out some brown substance, and even after they try to clean it, the brown substance kept coming out. This really was a letdown on maintenance or the upkeep of the hotel itself when I called to see if things would be remedied for my stay there the gentleman said he would have the manager call me back, but of course the manager couldn’t have the decency to at least call and listen to us and our complaints he instead had the same gentleman that I spoke with on the phone. Give us a call back and offer us points stating that the manager said there was nothing that he could do but give us points and sign us up for the rewards which I was already a rewards member. I’m not sure why the manager didn’t have at least a decency to call, but I would imagine it’s because he knows how the room looked and the upkeep of the hotel. I didn’t need to take anything out on him I just wanted to let him know of my concerns but I thanked the gentleman that called me back because no manager should put their employees in a position where a manager should speak to a customer. All good but we will not be returning to this location. Once again thanks to all the staff that did try.

The experience was absolutely fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional assistance. I would rate it a perfect 10/10!

We were very pleased with our stay! Monica was the friendliest face to be greeted with upon arrival. She really started off our stay on the right foot! Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and clean, would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was really good. The beds was very comfortable the staff was very polite and friendly.

Staff was excellent. The facilities are well worn. It appears to be under renovation but there's a lot of work yet to be done. This hotel has been a main stay of Denison forever. The bed was very comfortable but the bathroom needs to be updated.

But the property could use a little TLC, which they may be addressing. Outstanding service from the whole staff. Monica is the best!

They charge $50 for our 10 pounds dog. I can accept $20-30 for the pet, but $50 is already the same as an adult. If you are pet friendly, you do not have to charge it so much. We arrived there late and tired, didn’t have the energy to change another hotel. The room was ok, but the floor is a little bit dirty.
