Best Western Plus Yuma Foothills Inn & Suites

The property was alright. Room was clean. Staff was friendly, but my bedding was not great. The pillows gave me an awful burning rash.

The room allowed the sound of the highway-about 100 years away to come in to the room creating an almost otherworldly ,echo-chamber effect-you felt it would be quieter-outside. I have earbuds and slept with the four pillows around, over and behind my head to try to keep it out-lack of oxygen-worth it! There are rooms on both sides of the hotel and when I did ask about moving to the non-highway side was informed that they were sold out. Never again, and I’m done with Hotels.com as this wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t used them. When I book myself the first question I ask is if there is a quiet room available-the hotels are generally honest about this but there’s no way to do that on the site. On the site the suite that I booked was rate 10-exceptional. Perhaps the other side of the hallway is a 10 (dubious) but I would’nt give it more than a 1or 2 and that’s only because it was pretty clean. The window are tinny-it wouldn’t cost them much to add double panes glass or soundproof but when you’re making $189 a night regardless it shows a true lack of concern. Never Hotels.com again-or the Best Western Plus (?) Yuma.

liked the property, Breakfast was good and the juice bar and coffee 24hrs was plus. the beds were hard and uncomfortable.

I like checking out! The room was for disabled people and they would not change to a normal room with a chair and room for my cosmetics! There was a loud generator going all night long and the bed was very hard!

Very clean and room was spacious. Breakfast was like any hotel breakfast but good variety. Staff was very friendly. I will be going back.

Check was in person and no issues. Room was nice on first glance however, Room cleaners should check underneath the table between the beds for accumulating dust, lint and dirt build up. Not wiping the wall plug and lamp cords nor vacuuming the carpet area underneath is a telling indicator that other corners are cut on cleaning as well.

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We always stay here when we go to Yuma

Very comfortable and clean facility. Convenient location and easy access. It is a preferred location overall.

Hotel is nice and staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good, wish they would’ve offered bananas also. Some kids were chasing each other through the halls the first night, which was a little annoying. There’s a shelf right in front of the toilet that is dangerously placed as my husband hit his head on it a few times while getting up from the toilet. Other than that. The room was great! We loved our stay and will definitely stay again and would recommend ❤️

Was pretty upset by the treatment I got from one of the employees. When we checked in she was quite short with us. When we got to our room it was left wide open. We inspected to make sure nobody was in it and tested our key to make sure it worked. But the issue was after a long day of traveling and our room had no towels. Which mistakes happen but when we went to get it resolved the same employee was extremely rude about it as if it was our fault. Told we would “be added to a list “ to get a towel and it would not be there for “at least half an hour”. The towels never showed up had to ask room service the next day. The good, rooms were clean for the most part, the staff when we switched rooms moved the creamer we forgot in the fridge over which was thoughtful. The breakfast was good, decent options. The juice bar and coffee bar is nice. Location is quite easy to navigate and was very quiet overall. I would stay here again but don’t expect the greatest customer experience
