Property is under reconstruction. Room is excellent, some small things still need doing, simple things like toilet paper holders. I am sure on back order or something. Front desk told us about some things not quite done yet. This can happen anywhere. So, we were fine with that. All in all, wonderful facility.

Everything was nice and clean, but the bathroom was not handicap assessable because you had to step over the tub to get in the shower.Once you got into the tub, there were bars in the tub.

This hotel was horrible in every way possible. 3 different Low battery fire alarms in the hallways going off all night. Laundry broken, ice machine broken, bathroom toilet broken, pool freezing, hot tub so incredibly filthy it was green and had unidentified substances floating on top of the water. A fungal/bacterial infection just waiting to happen. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and would not recommend it to anyone under any circumstances.

I did not usually fill out reviews. Our stay at this hotel was awful. I waited for 30 minutes for someone to check me in. Then I found out that the amenities that they said that they had online they did not have. Not only that we checked and we were told that they did not have any hot water. The hotel was under construction, but it looked like it had been for a long time. I don’t think you should be able to falsely advertise the type of stay, you are going to receive. I should’ve taken pictures, but I was so ready to leave the next day that we literally woke up the first thing in the morning and checked out. Very disappointed!

Got to the room and the bed sheets weren’t even in the bed. The sheets and pillows were on a chair and the suitcase stand. Crumbs and dirt all over. The faucet in the tub was hanging off the wall and barely hanging on by a little caulk. Asked for a refund and the hotel would not issue a refund. This place is disgusting and not clean. The back of the hotel is boarded up, it looks condemned.. there is no way this hotel meets safety and sanitation standards.

They are going through a remodel which is no big deal but they gave us a room knowing it had a hole in the middle of the floor. It was big enough i tripped over. That room should have been out of service what if i would got hurt. Very disappointed

The pillows were terrible so it was difficult to sleep. There was a bare minimum of towels and no toiletries. The keys cards kept going out every time I left so I kept having to go back to the front office.

We came to use the pool and hot tube and was told that we would be able to use it that Saturday evening by the guy that was at the front desk then when we try to its been down a month..... Then at nine at night we had guys knocking on our door for a min till we told on them..

The amenities offered were not available. Broken hot tub, no access to pool. No phone dial tone. Soft spot in room floor. Breakfast was all dumped in a tiny heat tray and still cold. The only thing good about this place was the staff. I could have got the same level of room for $40 elsewhere.

Advertised pool and hot tub. Called ahead and was told both worked. Got here. Pool is freezing cold and hot tub does not work. Took a shower. Water doesn’t drain. Hotel room Floor has a weak spot that causes a tripping hazard. Hotel room phone does not work. Hallways are in disrepair. One of the worst hotel rooms I’ve ever booked . Staff is wonderful and it’s a shame how the hotel is run

The pool and jacuzzi were filthy. The "free breakfast " offered a couple of pieces of cheap bread to toast and little more. The first room I was put in had a broken TV. The second room had a pile of trash including an old carpet outside the window. The entrance door that I was advised to use had a broken lock leaving me to walk around to the back. I slept very little.
