I love staying here while I’m visiting for work. Very easy to get to and from sites. Also has the amenities I need like washer/dryer, breakfast in the morning. Staff is always very helpful. Thank you!

We booked this hotel because it was close the venue for our martial arts competition and it was the ATA hotel of choice. Even though we did not get the discount, the room was sufficient for our stay. Only bummer thing was coffee machine was not working for Saturday morning breakfast. The buffet was great though. Plenty of food and smelled great. And the staff is super friendly.

I have several issues which I have already discussed with the reception staff.
1> Access card issues all the time it's not working, and you have to reactivate the card, my room was so far and I have to walk to the main reception area to activate my access card
2> Bathtub knob was missing, and it takes an hour, and 4-5 reminders call to fix it
3> My Clothes were stolen from the Drying area and when I ask the receptionist to check they said they don't know anything and can't support if I need, I can lodge a police officer complain, which is terrible reply from the staff.
I need some compensation on my issue.

Staff is really ghetto and unprofessional. The bathroom smells old because the toilet isn’t sealed in place. The AC made noise all night, we couldn’t sleep.

Good breakfast. Only lukewarm water for 4 of the 5 days we were there. Had continued trouble getting TV remote to work even after switching to a new one at front office.
