Well the staff was ok,the rooms were actually not bad but ours smelled lije cat urine, and musty , older hotel nice pool though we really did not want another room we left was told we would get a refund.it is a foreigner owned hotel . For us not a good place but in this town if ya want a pool and a place to sleep i am sure other rooms are ok

The stay was great really dont have anything bad about the place to say as everyone was kind and the rest of the place was great looking including the pool area was clean . It was just our room we had problems with but I'm sure they probably would of changed us rooms if I would of asked them too. but we was to tired to switch rooms after driving 12hours to get there and had already brought all our stuff in the room . So I didn't ask for another room .. the toilet was broke but my husband fixed it a couple times . The ac wasnt cold so it was hot in there . We did have blood on the sheets but they did apologize for it and gave me new one's.. the bed was very hard wasn't comfortable... but besides all that it was a amazing stay and ejoyed our time there. We will definitely book again but will ask for a better room next time ...

Really good breakfast

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. Slept well. Overall it was as well as it could’ve been especially since my health is bad. I’m glad I got to watch my daughter compete in ALL AMERICAN YOUTH BARREL RACING!

I called the day of to see about possible cancelation. The person i spoke to advised they didn't think they could but would ask the manager and call me back. I never received a call back, but they did charge my card on file at 10am and checkin wasn't until the afternoon. Apparently that meant no on the cancelation but to charge the card before check-in was even allowed without notice was crappy service.

Staff all have such hospitable demeanor. Can’t beat this place for the price.

Don’t give him your credit card you’ll never see your money again if you need to change the date or in this situation, accidentally scheduled a month apart and would not even be willing to work with changing the date horrible customer service

Early checkin came at a price. Although the room was ready and did not seem to put anyone out. The fridge was not on and had to wait for it to cool. The reason it only gets a 3 star is the front door would not close and lock properly and the bathroom door was not able to close as the toilet was in the way! It was ok as far as clean. Bathtub water was running and did not shut off all the way. Bed was ok, It was not too noisy. It suited our 1 night stay but I would have asked to move if it were longer. The grounds looked good and I did not feel unsafe as someone had reviewed earlier.

The hotel attendant would go the extra mile making coffee for us even though it was not yet breakfast time.

The hotel was clean, very friendly workers.

From start to finish we enjoyed our stay. The AC was cool the room was clean, the guy at front desk was very kind. Would stay again in the future

This is an ok hotel it was clean and pretty quiet. Grounds were ok.

The room was a room. Nothing bad, nothing special. The breakfast was ok. However, I advised the front desk that yogurt machine was either empty or not working. He said he would let someone know. After waiting for over 30 minutes, no one came. I went back to the front desk and they had a sign that they were away. We ended up leaving.

Horrible place: door didn’t shut, vent in bathroom black with mold/ hair, whole in door, fridge roared bad, beds slanted down hill and very flat, the SMELL OMG THE SMELL! Outlets not covering the plugs or sticking way out. Whole place was unsettling. We r BW members

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and friendly.
