Best Western Webster Hotel, Nasa

The room had stains, the door looked like it had been kicked in with the door frame still having splinters. The direct TV kept losing signal and the phone in the room was looping to please check the Internet connection. No one was at the front desk every time I went up there to report the issue. The breakfast was terrible as well. There was a door in the hall way that was open with caution tape wrapped around the frame.

The front desk staff was very friendly. She was always making sure we were well taken care of.

Everything was great!!

Arrived and checked in as normal, was handed keys to a room where the bed was still unmade from the previous guests who slept in them. Had to wait while bedding was changed. The hotel is old, not well maintained and reeks of pot at every corner. Manager and front desk employee were cool and apologetic though.

It was a business trip.

Good breakfast option

At check in I was greeted by a very friendly employee Victor I believe was his name. The room was very clean, quiet and I've never seen restroom in the hallway which is very convenient for those who have several people in one room and can't wait to use bathroom. Breakfast was hot and good.

Outdated rooms

The room I was given was not clean; the towels were dirty. Poor service. Internet problem causing issues with checking-in. Please before you release your rooms to customers; make sure they are ready and clean. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy (as this hotel may be one of the cheaper hotels you can find in the area) just a clean and decent room to sleep in for the night but the room I was given was not it. Amber (the front desk staff) has no sense of resolve or resourcefulness. I extended grace at first because having no internet was not her fault. There were internet issues resulting to her not being able to switch me to a different room. I came back at 11pm (after checking in initially at 7pm) hoping that she was able to rectify things but still no internet therefore she can only tell me to wait some more. There were newcomers that were successfully checked in while I was gone despite having told me that she would prioritize my case as I was the very 1st one to be inconvenienced. But that was all lip service. I was just glad that another attendant suggested a sensible idea to her (bypassing the internet issues) that resulted to me being able to get into a new (clean) room. I was tired and ready to go to bed when I came back and all I told was to wait even more which was very upsetting and disappointing. I’m glad the other attendant was resourceful and resolute.

The front desk worker was so pleasant and welcoming when I checked in. The issue began walking through the side entrance there was a swarm mosquitoes. Then upon entering the room there was a unpleasant odor coming from the air conditioner vent. It was a one night stay so it served the purpose. Unfortunately, I won't return there in the future.

The room we were assigned did not open, so they gave us an other room. It was ok, but very dated, the headboard was falling apart. Breakfast was average. Location was great for access to NASA.

Reasonable.

OK but overall room is slightly smaller. Bath room/toilet is too small. Breakfast is ordinary.

Staff were friendly. Facility was clean. Will definitely stay again.

Room small. Pillow very bad. Old. Nosiey Breakfast ok. At check in they told me they cancelled my prepaid reservation cause they can't get a hold of me, I was in a plane the whole day....

There was a variety of activities to do around the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing, but the room itself was clean and comfortable to spend the day in.

All though I only stayed for one night the southern hospitality was exceptional great staff. Clean and quiet place. I must say and recommend to the Breakfast serving staff please wait until all guest serve themselves and eat their food before clearing out the area it was a bit rude.

The fact that I had options for dining and shopping nearby was a huge plus.
