We loved our stay in mid April. There was construction going on the whole week (just about everywhere else too though), but only on the first floor. We didn't mind much and it was expected as they rebuild. The staff was amazing from check in to check out with just about anything we could have needed...I can't stress how amazingly kind they were to us there. I would highly recommend this place and would love to come back again. Very family friendly, dining options were limited due to the storm but nonetheless 5 out of 5 stars.

Although the property is under construction from hurricane damage, the staff is doing a wonderful job at making people feel welcome and attended to. Beach is beautiful and the restaurant is fantastic! We will be back

Even with the construction from the previous hurricanes we had a great time. Clean room, cold AC, and beautiful beach. We WILL be back. Thank you to the staff at the Bilmar. You are doing a great job.

Upon check in the room wasn’t ready at the advertised time. New room. Cool. Every single time we left the room we had to go down to the office to get a new key bc not a single key worked during the stay. They offered a refund but have yet to hear or see anything about that. Nice location though.

Staff was phenomenal. Noisy outside our room. Our room was directly across the hall from the elevator and very early morning cleaning personnel‘s buggy was very noisy at 7 AM and the restaurant across the street was very loud with music at night.

Excellent location on the beach. Clean and spacious room. Restaurant good value. Beds, bathroom very good. Construction work going on on ground floor. Laundry closed and quite noisy during day. A good hotel but dated and expensive for what it is.

The bottom floor was still under reconstruction from hurricane damage, but we were on the second floor, and our room was comfortable and clean. We look forward to visiting next year!
