My family and I love the peace and quiet that the property provides the convenience of shopping. The boardwalk, casinos, and different areas of the beach were awesome. Parking was extremely convenient and priced very well.

Check in was at 4, and was told by the rude staff that Hotels .com overbooked the stay so my family will not have a room available. After speaking with the manager, we were able to check in around 6pm. Do to overcrowding, the elevators were slow

Good distance from the beach where it’s away from the crowds but also not too far. Only complaint was the bed sheets which had a small stain but the housekeepers were able to replace it.

Staff was extremely rude and grumpy for no reason. Picture shows balcony right over water which its not. Hotel itself seems old and in need of renovations. Elevators usually take 10+ minutes.

My stay was nice. Loved the scenery. The view from my balcony was beautiful. Cons: elevators and the wait times for the elevators. Staff would reprogram the elevators to go to them directly causing guests long waits to get to and from their floor. Overall nice vacation resort.

Unfortunately I can't recommend the Flagship. The staff was fairly friendly. The building isn't well cared for, things are old and in disrepair. The rooms are outdated. The first room they gave us was terrible, rusted atio door, not well cleaned. We had to ask to be switched, they did so workout issue. The second room was just mildly better. We agreed we wouldn't stay there again. The best thing about our stay was the view from the balcony.

Not a good experience. Had to wait for room to be cleaned, check in at 4pm and not ready till 5. front desk nit informative or friendly. When asked about when room would be available, as we had dinner reservations with family, the response was “I don’t know what to tell you, you’ll just have to wait” noisy, room not very clean, not updated at all, no lighting, front desk was not friendly or gave information

We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway at the Flagship as usual. The hotel room was a bit dated but it was clean & the view from the balcony was amazing. My only complaint was that the door leading to the balcony didn't stay closed while we were outside. We had to prop a chair against it in order for it to stay shut. Other than that everything was great & we'll be back again.
