I booked a NS room with 2 beds, they gave me one queen bed and definitely a smoking room. Went back to attendant who switched us to the room with 2 beds but it reeked of cigarettes which permeated all my clothes & hair. The towels were filthy, the bathroom & everything was filthy, there were cigarette butt burns in the carpet which was terribly filthy. Worst hotel/motel I’ve ever stayed at. No water in rooms. Bathroom door doesn’t close. No toiletries besides 2 little soap bars. No shampoo& conditioner.

It was a terrible stay The room At least the 1st room they put us in had the worst mold mildew smell In the world We could not take it We told them we wanted to check out they offered us a different room And it didn't smell as bad At least the carpet wasn't sticky in this 1 Since it was already o'clock at night and looking for another room A pain

Drug pen had elderly family try to stay their people smoking drugs on property.Also room smelled like marijuana really bad. They refuse to stay there. Also never got a refund

The room was dirty, there were lots of hairs on the floor and footprints, the bathtub drain was clogged and so was the sink!

This Hotel is dangerous for people to stay
The building is too old
Water in the bathroom barely moving and warm not hot
Sink water is barely moving too
Is no closet to hang the jackets
Room is very cold and impossible to regulate the temperature
The drinking water is not provided at all
Hotel staff is not friendly at all
No elevator for the second floor to. Cary the luggage
I only able to stay 1 night only and change this hotel
No warm blanket at all

The stay was very good, the only thing I didn't like was when the housekeeping opened my door without knocking, but everything else was very good. There are shops nearby which makes it even better. Thanks 🙏
