This was a nice hotel tucked away from the city. There were a few conventions going on so it was a lot of people there at once but it was a good experience

The one thing I really notice about my stay here is how safe it is. One can go about the area any time of day with no issues. I really liked that. Overall, this was a really good stay. The room was clean and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable, and it was easy to get into and out of the shower. Now the faults. There was only one of two elevators open. So, it can be a bit busy with a wait for it. And it can also get quite full Also, the room can get quite stuffy. I found that they turn off the air conditioner, so it was easy and just a simple matter of turning it on and adjusting the temperature to taste. The soap provided for the bathroom was too small and too thin. And they only provided one. So, I used that one for the sink, and I went to CVS to get the one for the shower. Good thing CVS was a block away. The breakfast at the hotel is not free on weekends, and does cost $14. On the other hand, the selection of food and drink are ample. The seating, whether at a low table, or a higher one, is comfortable. The one thing though, is that they seem to be working on the AC in the lobby area, and does not feel as cool as I’d like. The attendant was friendly and ready to answer questions or concerns. Parking here is ample and free. I liked the channel lineup Of note, were TV channels from Japan and Taiwan. Also, there were channels in French and Spanish. There was even local television too. Checkout was a breeze, and the hotel was close to SEPTA.?

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!! I booked this hotel and we had to switch rooms cause the air conditioning wasn't working in the first room they put us in. Halfway into our stay, we woke up to find out that the electricity and water went out in the middle of our stay and we were forced to check out early. The hotel now refuses to process our refund after they promised to do so. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE

Been here a few times, it is good enough. It is usually quiet and functional. The breakfast works, the rooms are fine, etc etc. For the price I'm pretty happy with it. The facility is older, and they are doing what they can. Limited capabilities, wear and tear, and the elevators are not entirely reliable.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The hotel lost all power the weekend before and was closed down. We drove 45 minutes out of the way and HOTELS.com had no communication with us . We had to drive back toward Philadelphia and at the last minute book another hotel which was substandard. I feel like a refund or free stay would be appropriate for compensation of the time wasted.

We got to the hotel, there was no electricity. We never got the information regarding power outage. Once at the hotel, front desk people did not provide us with any accommodation nor compensation. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional service.

Decoration and bedrooms are nice, but in our bedroom the fridge was not working. We asked many times to different employees about the problem, only in the Night they changed it. An accident happened in the basement pipes. Flooding and shut down for whole day. No breakfast and customers have to move to another hotel. The manager was gentle and reimburse the money. Also and help looking for new accommodations. Accidents happen, but the hotel was not in a good shape. No emergency lights in hallways and stars.

The room was dirty and outdated. The toilet was clogged and it didn’t have the amenities that they advertised. The pool was broken with maybe two gallons of water inside of it and trash. I plugged in the clock radio and was electrocuted. The cord was cut and when I made the manager aware he asked me did I cut the cord? The sheets and blankets had stains on them. They don’t have cable. The air conditioner was broken! This hotel needs to be shut down ASAP!!!
