First time I ever stayed here on the 14th floor, from the lobby to the room overlooking the lake. I really love this place one of my favorite favorites now.

We were there for a concert at the Key Bank Center and the location was the most convenient of any place we ever stayed. Staff was friendly and having a bar on location allowed us to get a night cap after the concert.

the prices. 20 mins go by and a different staff member shares there is in fact not even king room available not because house keeping is behind. We had to ask for any room to even change and get ready in order to not miss our event as hour went by. I just cannot understand for a hotel that is near by for an event is not prepared to serve customers that have reservations.
