Stayed for a one night staycation and it was fantastic. ( no pool or spa but the room was immaculate).
Staff was friendly and helpful. and the location was top notch, steps away from the TD Garden, north end, Government Center, and Fanual Hall. if you are heading to other parts of the city its right near major highways so you can get in and out pretty quickly too.
Would highly recommend staying here as long as you don't need a pool.
(we opted for the Balcony room and it was 100% worth it for the extra space, views, and morning coffee outside.)
ONLY COMPLAINT: if you are going to valet your car, please note that it took them at least 20 minutes to bring it around for you ( and apparently that was normal), so if you are tight on your schedule request the car to be brought in advance.

Not recommended. Water pressure and temperature were poor. They charged a destination fee of $35 there’s no warning anywhere about that on Expedia. We learned at checkout that we had a restaurant credit that we were never informed about. Frustrating

Front desk manager insisted that I present photo id which I did in terms of my credit card with pic plus the confirmation email. (Left wallet in the car)
I explained I had an injured leg and he made me stand there for 10 minutes insisting that I was a security risk. I am a rewards member and am furious that I was treated so terribly and standing in pain.
