Started with long lines to valet park your car. Then overworked and cranky clerk couldn't find our 2nd room reservation. Once in room, every imaginable accessory is failing from lack of maintenance. People are ejected from pool at 7. Ridiculous prices for poolside snack and drink bar. We will never return. Beware. No maintenance at all in this unit. Almost everything

Nightmare. Started with long lines at valet parking. Next with uncaring check in clerk that couldn't find our 2nd room and wouldn't move a muscle to clarify with unit's owner. After several hours, finally entered our unit to find every imaginable accesory, electrical, mechanical or plumbing requiring maintenance hanging by a thread. Never so much maintenance neglect in a unit. Beware.

A few bugs nothing mayor also friendly staff is a very affordable place you can’t expect the 5 stars hotel but the best part is that the beach is in their backyard love it

Old building on Collins Ave. Not a luxury experience at all. It’s clean (meaning no roaches) and it’s on Collins Ave. Valet parking was good, the wait was not that bad. I might go back there for a solo trip. No way for a family trip.

The pool area and RikiTiki Bar were awesome. The little shops inside were convenient. The location and beach access were very nice. The room reeked of mold and mildew which made staying in the actual room an uncomfortable experience. This hotel should not offer valet. Their system is not efficient. I heard of people missing their flights, and it was just a long and painful process that cut into precious vacation time just to access or use your vehicle.

Broken bed,the condition of the property could be better,because it is situated in good area,front beach and good pool.And of course,terrible reception,it takes 1-2 hours to check in 🙈The ladies were nice,but they can’t hold it all client to check in

The location of the hotel next to the beach is perfect with the pool. We had a really good time playing outside. But the appartement need some refresh and the mattress is not confortable at all, you feel the spring.

The bed was very hard to sleep on. Everything was so confusing with the valet parking. Very rude valet help.

For the first 20 minutes i was locked out of my room and the lock was never fixed. I never got to use the tv and they said they would fix it multiple times. The air conditioning didn't work and they said they don't use that , even though there is a ac control in the room.

I love my stay here. The only thing I didn’t like was if you have an issue, you have to contact a third-party. The people at the front desk cannot help you the property was clean and you can tell that they’re doing updates but other than that it was great for what I paid.

I would give zero star to this place. First, the check in is awful and it took me a long time just to check in for the room. Also there’s no front desk to assist you, there’s only a security who check you in. Also there’s no room service or someone to clean the room. The room was dirty and needs renovations because the bathroom door was hard to close, there’s no heat, the kitchen sink is dirty and loud! Also there a small kitchen, but the plate and mug is dirty! I paid even higher price for the ocean view but besides the view, this hotel seems old and not worth the price at all. The picture looks great and when you get there it’s a complete scam! The wall is rip and the curtains is being broken to pull. Save ur money and don’t come here!

You get what you pay for. Positives - Cheap. Great view of ocean. Negatives - The hair dryer didn't work. They replaced it quickly. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. They replaced it the next day. Then the shower only ran warm (whereas the faucet was hot). It was World War 3 to get them to fix that. They argued with me for 2 hours - tried to convince me that for safety purposes it's supposed to only be warm. But I knew that wasn't true because my friend's room in the same building was HOT. I demanded a supervisor and had to fight this out with BOTH of them. Finally my older age and immense traveling experience won the day and they finally fixed it. The last day I discovered that both of the kitchenette lights were out. And one of the towels had blood on it (not mine). So buyer beware - it's a very inexpensive place to stay but you'll likely have broken things. In the end - I would probably stay here again because I love a bargain. And the sheets were soft.

It is dirty. You get what you pay for. I did not like it. Front desk is horrible.

This particular unit needs a little bit more attention because it’s a few things needed to be fixed and a huge problem with a roaches everywhere and also they need to make sure to keep the pillows case clean and the sheets too because was stinky!

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is very bad, the smell inside it is very bad, the bathroom ceilings are moldy, there is no one to clean the rooms, they did not give me a towel, they did not change the sheets for five days, they did not give me clean towels for five days, I do not recommend it, it is very bad
