Great hotel, however their system used to charge and process payments, kept charging my card (4 times) for no reason. It was said that it happens a lot to guests, and that I’d just need to wait a few business days for the pending charges to release.

There was a bug crawling on the bed i smashed it and blood came out it was disgusting!! I showed the front desk and she didnt do anything about it...i cannot believe this thats unacceptable!

Liked that the shuttle driver picked us up from the airport rental car place in the evening. The staff was very nice. What I didn’t like was that our mattress was super soft and I was sinking toward the edge, the remote didn’t work and the light over the sink didn’t work. The shuttle doesn’t begin running in the morning until 7a and we needed to be at the airport before then, which was disappointing as we chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. There is also no free breakfast here if that is important to folks.

There was a dirty needle under that table out by the pool. The doors to the pool area and from that area to the outside were propped open. The bed spread and extra blanket smelled like they hadn’t been washed in a LONG time! It was a convenient place to stay but I would not recommend it.

The parking was okay and the front desk staff was very polite but I checked in on Thursday and there was no room service the whole time I was there and I checked out the following Sunday!!!!
