We came here to escape the storm in Florida and are very lucky to have found a room for three days. It is an old place but probably sturdy the air conditioner works and the beds are clean. Has refrigerator and microwave so we are satisfied. Just needs a good cleaning of the carpet in hallway

The room was not cleaned prior to us coming in; and it was very dirty and disgusting. There was pizza in the ac control panel. Dirt and trash on the floor, hair all over bathroom, ans inside the tub! Stains on the sheets. It was evident this room wasn’t cleaned. We did not stay, we left and had to get another hotel.

This hotel is rated as a B for cleanliness through the health department, that’s a hard stretch. The hallways and stairs look as though they have not been vacuumed or cleaned in years, the lobby had at least one homeless person sitting in the chairs every time we went down or came in. The rooms were semi maintained, flooring coming up, rusty shelves in bathrooms (rusty screw fell out of the wall), dust and dirt in every corner. My boyfriend saw a roach one night. The owner and manager definitely don’t take pride in this property and need to revamp it. The name Wyndham used to have a good backing, now they have just bought up all of the crappy hotels with no improvements. Also, this is a pet friendly hotel, but with little enforcement of noise. They should designate a certain area of the hotel just for pet owners.

Spend your money elsewhere. The photos of the hotel rooms and facility are wildly misleading. Our first night here we got in about 11pm, when I laid down in bed I discovered the bed was damp with URINE. The whole room was dirty actually. I immediately left the room and asked to be moved to another room, they apologized and did that. Only to find out the room they put us in was already occupied. Third time was a charm, I guess. The entire places smelled of mildew and weed.

I booked a room! They gave us the keys and we went in. The room was dirty! We asked for another one, another one was normal! In the morning, at breakfast, I opened a box of oatmeal and ants ran out.

there needs to be a check on the cable because i could'nt see CNN for the whole 3 nights i was there in room 225....front desk clerk advised me the connection was out for the entire hotel.
