This is like a boutique hotel in that the rooms are small but well-packed. There's a club room on the ground floor with a coffee machine with a good range of options (latte, machiato, etc.) in both caf and decaf. Front end staff were friendly and helpful. You can pull up near the entrance of the hotel to unload/load luggage but parking is a couple of blocks offsite through an arrangement with Pi Alley garage. The North End with all its Italian restaurants and sites is an easy 10 minute walk away through the Government Center/Union Oyster House /Faneuil Hall area. We stayed for two nights, went off for a wedding on the South Shore for several days, and returned for our last night before airport departure. We liked the upper floor room better for the quiet.

Absolutely amazing! The hotel is clean, the staff extremely friendly. The location is very convenient. I would stay here again!

Really loved the unlimited complimentary water bottles (fill or refill yourself at every floor). Novel idea of keeping all the ice buckets next to the ice machine. Downstairs you can choose from chilled or room temp water, sparkling or not. And of course complimentary coffee. Half a block from good breakfast options.

Really nice staff, super clean room. The hydration station was interesting, we didn’t use it, but I see what they’re doing there. All around a good experience, if I’m in the area, I will definitely come back.

Very convenient to attractions and transportation.
The tv in the room regularly froze, which was irritating, and the lack of an in room fridge was a miss.

Terrific property, very very small rooms but everything is new and well laid out. Bed was super comfortable and the pillows were the best down-filled queen size.
Location is excellent for all downtown sites, restaurants and attractions.
Don't eat any of the food the put on the desk b/c you'll be charged an arm and a leg!

I had a wonderful stay at Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall Boston. From the lobby to my extremely comfortable room was impeccably clean. The staff were exceptionally professional with a wonderful sense of humor and made me feel very comfortable. Talk about comfortable, I wanted to take that bed I slept in with the pillows included back home with me. I would suggest people who read this review to make reservations next time you are planning a trip to Boston. It's in a great location, close to many wonderful parts of the city but without all the honking and sirens one would find just a few blocks away.
