Very clean and comfortable hotel that was convenient for a one-night stay before a cruise. It's very walkable from the light rail that you can take from the airport to downtown. Safe area and convenient to get a taxi to the cruise terminal the next day.

Loved the breakfast and amenities. Very clean! Disliked how one of the front desk attendants (Good Vibes sweater) was very rude after I asked a simple question. Raised her hands and said “What”. All I asked is if I can have someone get my bags from the back room where they stored them. Elevators were really slow. Other than that great property.

This property offers great hotel rooms which are silent and affordable. What I disliked the most was the inability to completely close the doors to the bathroom because it is only a sliding door, with no opportunity to lock it or to obstrude the vision into the bathroom.

2 out of the 3 guest elevators were not working the entire time we were there. It made it very inconvenient for guests as the wait times to get on an elevator were long.

Elevator wait averaged 15 minutes. Fault in the "in room telephone", red light for messages continually flashing. Nothing we can do was the response then we can send someone up to cover it. No one ever came. But room was fine, when we could get there.

Location was great! Just remember Seattle is a city of hills! Comfortable bed and clean bathroom with heated bidet. Nice staff. Negatives: Noisy road traffic heard even on 20th floor. Air conditioner was noisy but worked well at keeping room comfortable. #1 NEGATIVE was elevator slow 2 not working! Pretty awful when people trying to check in and out. We did the 20 flights down the stairs once due to wait time.

Our stay was somewhat spoiled by only having one elevator working which led to very long (10 mins +) waits to go up or down. The breakfast provided with the lounge access was very good, but the snacks provided for the early evening happy hour were disappointing, basically, some egg rolls, cheese and some fruit. Drinks were discounted $5 per drink with unlimited water and soft drinks. Overall, I would probably stay there again but not bother with the lounge access.

What we liked: hotel location, free breakfast, access to executive lounge, room amenities What we didn’t like: hotel elevators (long waiting time as at least 1 or 2 of the 3 elevators were out of order every day during our stay). We’ll stay again when in Seattle; just hope they can fix this problem!

Service was very good. Room was small, shower tight but bed was clean and comfortable. Executive room was well stocked with a good breakfast. Quality of food and service in the restaurant was also good. Only a short walk to Pike Place Market, Target, and CVS. Overall would stay again.

You had to ride the elevator to get to the lobby. Unfortunately only 1 elevator was in operation so the wait time was very long. Lucky for us, the room was ready when we got there at 11 am! Nice room, big bathroom. Very nice stay. Would stay again. Went to the game and it was only a 3 block walk to the subway. Close to Target and numerous places to eat.

Overall the hotel was great. Dining options in the immediate 3 square block area was limited as many were closed for the evening. Outlets in the rooms are limited. The room however, was soacious and well laid out. Soft pillows and sheets, comfortable mattress, and shower with plenty of pressure and hot water.
