Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Cullman

The property was very new and clean.. The amenities were nice, but they are somehow associated with the restaurant Chop House. ITs, inside of the hotel and we stopped there with the intention of going to a nice dinner. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed however, its website and the hotel information said it was open. And this was very misleading .

The room was great, pool was nice, breakfast was horrible- nothing was stocked and what was there was not good.

Clean room with very comfortable beds.

Staff was wonderful. Don’t get to enjoy the wonderful restaurant because storm came thought and internet was out so couldn’t serve food. Restaurant staff were very sweet and kind.

Clean property and safe area. Complimentary breakfast not very good. No fresh fruit, bacon with weird aftertaste, and bread not very fresh. They have a gourmet restaurant on site and breakfast did not reflect well to that level.

The breakfast area was very small. There needs to be more comfortable beds and pillows.

I checked in on a Sunday checked out on a Thursday the hotel never had bar soap or toiletries for the bathroom counter the whole time we stayed there. We were expected to use the shampoo soap from the shower dispensers to wash our hands after using the toilet. I’ve stayed at this hotel since they’ve been open. This is never happened. I was very disappointed. The staff was so apologetic. I believe the corporate office for Cobblestone..

Your hotel was okay but for the price I paid you had no Continental Breakfast because what you served was not breakfast every morning that I was there all you had was egg's and toast, on your website it said Continental breakfast, one of you staff members a young girl approached me asking me if I needed anything, and to my surprise she wasn’t very nice, I always stay at La Quinta but I thought I would give this hotel a try, Big Mistake never again!

Family trip, loved this hotel, clean, near everything in town, will definitely be staying again

This hotel is clean, beautiful and close to Downtown Cullman. With no doubt, I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel

From the welcoming smile of the front desk clerk to the “hellos” and “good mornings” from every staff member we encountered, this place oozed hospitality! As a relatively new property, we hoped for cleanliness and for everything to be in working order and that’s what we got. We will definitely be back when visiting our family later this year.

The first night was great but the second night the people above our room was very load and stomping back and forth most of the night. Keeping us awake.

Internet was awful. Couldn’t watch TV cause of the internet. Couldn’t do my online class

The front desk lady was fabulous! Check-in was a breeze and the stay was fantastic! The breakfast bar was a little odd as far as set-up but everything else was great!

The property was very clean staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great and well stocked.

This was a quick overnight stay and worked out perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable and the location to downtown was excellent.

We stayed here 5/9/25 and 5/17/25. Sara at the front desk was very sweet and friendly both times when we checked in. She has a great attitude and smile. She is my favorite employee at this hotel. They have hot Starbucks brand coffee ready at the coffee bar for when guests at check in and during your stay, which we loved after a long drive. The rooms next to the elevator wasn't ideal and would have preferred not being so close too it because of how loud it was.The pressure and get super hot! If you're female reading this then you will appreciate and understand hell water temps are important. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. They should probably get rid of the pool boy. The two times we stayed here, one week apart; the pool was dirty and cloudy both times. We were unable to use the pool either time which was disappointing to my 9yr old. The continental breakfast starts is 7am-9am which would have preferred it to start at 6am. There were lots of options to choose from. Yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and much more. The breakfast area is small compared to most hotels. There were two women who worked the breakfast area. One of them was super friendly and helpful. The other one was absolutely rude and hateful when two guests asked her a question about coffee and the breakfast. Overall, we thought it was a great place to stay while traveling to and from the beach. We would definitely stay again in the future.
