Pool is only open until 8 pm. Tiki bar that was supposed to serve food was closed the entire week. Parking is very tight. Rooms were fine but curtain rods kept falling down. No coffee in lobby in the morning

Upon arrival the room was dirty. I let the front desk know and the guy didnt seem to care. He put in for it to be cleaned the next day. A girl came the next day a swept the cereal up off the floor but nothing else. Evidently the guy who has cleaned it originally was fired. It would have been nice to get to switch rooms but the man at the desk wasnt very helpful.

Our new favorite spot! Everything about the property is outstanding. Parking was easy, room was spacious, clean and contained all the kitchen amenities you need. Easy pool and beach access. Convenient location a short walk from Flagler Ave to the many dining and shopping options. We throughly loved and enjoyed our stay and will be returning again very soon.

Both doors on the side of the building are kept unlocked and anyone can walk in at any time.
No maid service during the well, if you want your bed sheets changed you have to do it yourself.
Rooms are have sand all over the place, bathroom counters, kitchen table, floors,etc.
Living room couch had crumbs, sand underneath the cushions. Maid service does not clean well at all.
No restaurant , no phone in rooms to call to the front desk.
Will not stay there again.

The pros: good location, comfortable beds, large balcony.
The cons: really needs a ton of TLC. The furniture in the living room were so uncomfortable that most times we would just have to sit in our bedroom. Also needs a deep cleaning! The parking is definitely bad news. They had only 8 or 9 parking spots for the whole tower. The overflow parking was across the street. 10.00 a day as well to park. By the main pool, which you had a short walk to get to, definitely good use an upgrade. They had a small concession house that had not been in use for a while. That would have been very convenient for guests to use.
The supposed “fitness area” was temporarily closed.
When you are at the beach looking at the resort from that viewpoint, yikes! It looks terrible, rusted out banisters, tarps missing and just looks rundown.
Not the worst place but we will definitely not be back.

I book a 2 room apartment and when I did the check in they give me a 1 room apartment. I when to the front desk and the tell me they was sold out and they did not have a 2 bedroom apartment available. We was 5 people in total. So after discussing the situation they accommodated me in another building closer but it was not where a book. A little bit disappointed with the situation the building did not have enough parking and overall inconvenience.

I had a 1 bedroom with full kitchen. Room was clean and had all the necessities. Small balcony overlooking 1 of the pools and the ocean. There are several restaurants within walking distance. This property is directly on the beach. No daily housekeeping, extra charge, didnt need for my 2 night stay.
