Very clean front desk very helpful and nice

I received an email saying that the hotel could not honor my reservation through Hotels.com: "We wanted to let you know that, unfortunately, Comfort Inn & Suites cannot honor your upcoming booking on 11/8/2024. Occasionally, properties have to change or modify bookings unexpectedly. We know that this is disappointing. Comfort Inn & Suites (2573) has proposed an option for you at no additional cost – details are available below" Before I made my decision, I contacted Hotels.com to see if this would allow me to get a refund, because I chose this hotel for specific reasons, and Hotels.com said I could get a refund. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 5 MONTHS to get the refund posted to my cc. Hotels.com said that they have contacted the hotel several times requesting the refund. I DID NOT GET TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL, NOT MY FAULT, AND I DID NOT GET A REFUND. If I get contacted about the refund, I will take down this horrible review.

Staff was great and friendly but I had ants in my room

The mirror in the bathroom was unique. Extra towels provided promptly.

Termites were crawling out of the light fixtures. I have video. They infested the bed.

I really like the environment of the room. It’s very cozy very well pleased with my room the most displeasing thing I had to fight that raggedy remote to the TV.

Bed bugs are terrible and the staff refused to give a refund and was very nasty about it

It's not worth it

Windows were barred, and the property was in a very unsafe location. Staff refused a refund yet stated she would not feel comfortable walking outside alone.

There were no cars parked which means no customers. When we were about to get out of the car, another car with 3 suspicious persons drove by around our car as if checking us out. We called the property asking for details on safety and the staff answered coldly that they cannot refund anymore. The environment outside the bldg was dark and scary. We decided to call Expedia about safety. I don't think anyone will go ahead and stay overnight and risk safety.

The lady at the desk Very unprofessional and bias , and I have yet to receive my deposit back , so their also scammers , the guy that works at night is phenomenal though

We were in town for a family funeral. We booked something close to family. We paid way too much for this stay when we could have booked same day for $62. We contacted Hotels.com and have received no response. The pool was closed. The "gym" had no access and was in a closet. The parking lot was loaded with pot holes. The ally type drive way into hotel was eyesore. The area was rough with high activity. Tried to add pictures but it wont let us.

The mattress was so uncomfortable I had to sleep on the floor. Honestly everything else was fine.

It is hidden behind construction materials. Not a full hot breakfast. Waffles and gravy with biscuits. No butter, cream cheese or yogurt. No eggs or sausage.

First two rooms they gave me were dirty. They did upgrade me to a suite and apologized for the inconvenience. You get what you pay for basically
