my top choice of hotels to book a room when in that area of town. Best choice compared to all other hotels offered in surrounding area. Staff is very helpful and laid back energy but always professional which is wonderful to interact with employees like the staff on duth during my stays.

great value price for the condition of building and the location area of town its located in which is on the Riskier side of town. Like its ranking in my opinion somewhere right in the middle range of between being unsafe to being super safety in terms of area of memphis its location is in. Although considering the area and all other hotel options available in the surrounding area. its definitely my #1 choice to book a room at and its a very laid back atmosphere with the staff and maintained great breakfast every morning with plenty of selections to choose from and awesome coffee & latte machine offered 24/7 which is definitely bonus points in my book!

For the price I would have at least gone elsewhere. No smoking was posted yet cigarette smoke was constant and room smelled bad

Broke toilet and missing blanket on one of the beds. Staff was great, but they couldn’t fix it right away so it leaked all night all over the floor.

It was very clean the breakfast is amazing! Very quiet. It had cable with a lot of Chanel options as well. Also the workers are very nice

The hotel needed some updates, wasn't in the greatest part of town. Beds were comfortable, was ok for a one night stay, Was not to far from Graceland. The shuttle that they advertised had broke down. Cops came with guns out so that was a bit interesting.

Upon arrival to our floor, we were overwhelmed by the stench of marijuana that it made our eyes water. We just wanted to get to bed to catch our 4:30am flight. At midnight we were awoken by someone knocking on our door “looking for their friend”. At around 2:30am, we were again awoken by the Memphis PD pounding on a room door telling them “to open up”. When we left for the airport and hour later, there were police all over the lobby. The front desk attendant just looked at us when we walked by. It was a horrifying stay and we couldn’t wait to leave Memphis.

Property not as pictured. Room smelled like meldew and old water. We wiped everything down with alcohol and lysol. Air conditioner had lint and mold in vents. Didnt even turn it on. Quiet location and staff was nice though.

Staff at check-in [Wednesday night (4/9)], breakfast (4/10) and Thursday eve (4/10) were extremely helpful. This property felt much safer the the Comfort Inn off I-40 @ Macon Cove.

The room I stayed had a weird smell, walls were very thin to where you can hear other people's conversations or at least their voices, there were a lot of weird noises like the Dryer, my ACs fan, whenever someone used the toilet there was a high pitched sound that would go off for 30 seconds, the toilet VERY noticable yellow stains, and although the bed was clean, I did notice I was scratching alot so I'm not sure what that was and thankfully I'm good. The pros were that the staff were nice, I did feel secure at night, and breakfast was okay. There's hot water and microwave/fridge. It was also very close to where I was going so that's a plus. However , I wouldn't try this again even it's for one night. For it to be where it is, they need to update their rooms.

I would stay here again.
