Comfort Inn & Suites Berea

Both the check-in and check-out staff were friendly and informative. I had a king suite. The room was quite - if I had neighbors, I didn't hear them. Although traveling alone this trip, I felt safe. A hot breakfast was served. There is an indoor pool, however I did not use it.

The options for breakfast were very good. Staff was very accommodating and nice.

Very disappointed. Didn't find out until the morning that the back wall of the shower was dirty and that there was no shampoo and very little conditioner. Thw shower curtain was dirty, the towels were worn, and it is beyond tume to replace the mattress when you can feel the coils. We had the hot breakfast that was provided, but the sausage was surprisingly tasteless, and the eggs were overcooked. As a professional cook, it was disturbing to watch them refull the eggs by carrying out a plastic container with what appeared to be a solid mass of eggs, then using the spoon to break it up. The floor in the breakfast area needed a good mopping, and we had to clean our own table.

It was a very, very, very nice place to stay in. The staff was extremely helpful.

They said there was a problem with my card. And so I canceled now I'm getting information about how was my stay. There was no stay.There was no room

Very nice and clean. Recently updated and loved all the pillows on the bed. We always enjoy our stay here annually for our family reunion in Berea.

Nice hotel. The room had been updated recently. The only issue was the minfridge. It was annoyingly loud. We actually had to pull a drawer out to find the cord to unplug it because the off and on dial inside the fridge was useless. The person who checked us in was very efficient but could have used some personality.

Great customer service. I hhad a couple special requets due to a health condition. They accommodated nicely.

I stay at this particular Quality Inn at least twice a year. My room this year was my favorite- king size bed, living room.The bathroom and room was clean

Not super clean- cobwebs and some trash found in our room. Carpet coming up in spots. Shower didn’t feel too cleaned either, towels were rough and very thin. Comfortable beds though

No bath towels, very thin bedding and towels, tired, over priced

The room we were given had an open electrical box in the bathroom. We reported and property person said we’ll report it. No concern about our safety.

The hotel is definitely “you get what you pay for” as far as the listed accommodations and overall environment that is expected. All was well until my husband and I went down to breakfast only to be greeted by the 3rd shift employee completely out of her mind, passed out on the counter while standing up. This was at 7 am and she stayed that way for at least 10 mins. I only recorded roughly 60 secs. When I brought this to the attention of staff upon checking out, the lady who stated she was the manager said that “her back has been hurting” while the male employee just shrugged it off, not even an apology. I haven’t even mentioned the reaction from my 2 young children who we both genuinely shocked. I’ve tried to reach out to someone, yet no one has been filling to help. This is the 2nd I”incident” I’ve had booking with hotels.com . Not even a week ago, due to a glitch with the hotels.com app after clicking reserve room for another choice hotels hotel room, the date was changed from that day I was booking to the end of July. After spending hours on the phone trying to get this resolved, I haven’t received any response for either of these issues. I’ll try to attach the video.
