It was good fot the price. They do not give clean towels each day of stay or remove trash. Beds were comfortable. We found someone elses crocks under the nightstand when we were making sure we packed up all our belongings.

Run down , wet caulking in bathtub moldy musty smell

We liked it was quiet. What we didn't like that wr had to ask for housekeeping.

I booked a non-smoking room and my room smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigarettes in it.

Free breakfast like eggs and sausage. Yogurt and some pastries. The beds were comfy and clean. Overall a great hotel for a cheap price.

Terrible experience. Staff at front desk very unfriendly and lied to me several times. Initial room we were given stunk of smoke. They put us in a new room, which had a smoke detector clearly tampered with, its cover missing and wires hanging down. Three of the 4 pillowcases had something on them that was adhered to the fabric making the pillowcase bunched up, who knows what dried on substance it was. Visible debris on the floor. TV did not work, we even purchased new batteries for the remote and still didn't work. Elevator made terrible noises, so much so that we used the stairs to the 4th floor rather than ride it. To cap it all off, due to the unsatisfactory conditions I attempted at 8am the morning of our second day to cancel thst nights booking as we did not want to ruin another vacation day. Front desk told me I couldn't since I booked thru Expedia. Expedia told me to speak to the property manager. Front desk told me manager would be there at noon and would call me. They charged me the full 2nd nights price as a "cancellation fee". We left by 9am. Manager never called. I tried calling 4 times over the next 4 days, each time was told the manager would call me, never did. I tried calling Expedia who put me on hold while they called the property manager but the manager refused to refund me for that 2nd night. I then tried calling Comfort Inn's parent company directly, Choice Hotels. The rep commisserated with me and agreed he wouldn't stay a second night in an unsatisfac

This was a great place to stay during our first trip to Maine. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was served every day from 6-9 and there was a constant flow of people however staff was maintaining and filling consistently. Typical hotel breakfast toast ,fruit ,cereal , coffee and juice. I appreciated they also had eggs, Turkey sausage, yogurt and an assortment of bread goods . The hotel was constantly being cleaned and they always gave fresh towels.

Elevator made sketchy noises, but other than that, everything was great.

It was overall ok. My kids had fun in the pool. The breakfast area was too small and not enough seats for all the guests, especially since we're not supposed to bring the food out of that area. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were nice.

This was a disappointing experience. Elevator was nearly broken (it sounded like it wasn’t going to make it up 1 floor), our door to our room didn’t shut all the way and required slamming it multiple times to get it to close, our room was so humid it made all of our clothes smell, and linens and bedsheets all felt plasticy and not well-washed. Definitely would not recommend staying here. Location was also very inconvenient, as it required doing U-turns to even get where we needed to go, every single time. If I could rate this hotel a 1.5 star, I would. Don’t spend your money staying here.

Looks great on the outside but once you step into the rooms it’s a bit dingy and outdated. And definitely had a weird Oder of masked smoke or something once you enter the room. Bath tub was filled with pink mold build up along the tub. Mind you I have a 7 month old with us.

We didn’t have a remote for the television. We asked for one. When the employee brought it he didn’t program the remote to the television. We called 4 times then I went to the front desk and he was very snarky. He said I have someone coming in. We locked our door at 10pm. The pool smelled musty. The “free” breakfast was very sparse. Probably won’t be back again!

For being a smoke free room.. the room absolutely stunk and had bugs.. we couldn't have got out of there quick enough. If we weren't just passing through so late I would have turned right around and said absolutely not paying this price for that..

a very old property that has not been refurbished in years. The odor of cigarette smoke permeated the halls and I heard other guest asked for different rooms because of the smell.

The room was clean and fine for our purposes but we could hear the people above us constantly. The road has a median that makes it tricky to get to unless you are on the same side of the road, and the parking lot wasn't quite big enough for the number of cars trying to park.

Everything here was great it’s so close to every fun place for you and your family. One negative thing was the pool was a definite NOOOO! they don’t use proper cleaning equipment for the pool it’s very dirty no chlorine used they vacuum only but other then that I give it 4 stars

I would not suggest staying here. The room was advertised as non- smoking but the smoke smell was terrible in the room. The smoke smell hit you in the face when you opened the door and if you got close to the windows you could smell it on the curtains. The breakfast was terrible and we ended up having to go get our own breakfast elsewhere. Tried the coffee the first morning and i can honestly say it was the worst coffee i have ever had. The room wasn't clean- there was ether stains or dirt from the previous ppl on the shower curtain. I paid for 3 to be in our room but there wasn't enough linens and no bedding for the pullout sofa. The pull out sofa was fifthly and the arms of the sofa where gross, The desk chair had some type of dried liquid on it that we couldn't sit on it. The TV didn't work and wasnt plugged in. We tried everything but we think it was missing another remote. The remote that had some type of oily slime on it that got on your hands. The male cleaning crew came to the floor at 9 am and where so loud and screaming to each other as they cleaned the rooms beside us. Good we hadnt wanted to sleep in! They place was just gross. For the price, It was a rip off.

Overall not great. Place was a bit messy, the staff barely spoke to anyone. Walked through the lobby countless times was never acknowledged. Breakfast selection was a joke.
