It was a very comfortable stay. The hotel and the room were very clean. Pleasant scent throughout the hotel and the room upon entering. Convenient location to the mall across the street and Starbucks and dunking donuts. I am definitely staying here again.

A good local option for visiting our family. Not high end by any means but steady ok. Good breakfast take to room options that we appreciated. We were getting ready to go to a family funeral. Overall a fair option for our needs.

When we arrived after a long competition day with my kids the front desk Gentleman was nice and respectful in the morning we had to leave super early due to competition and the check out was smooth

The key card never works after repeated visits to the front desk. No room cleaning or towels offered unless you request it. We didn’t know you had to ask. Rooms are dated. Very nosey. TV worked occasionally.

The photos online do not accurately reflect the condition of the hotel. In our room, the metal door casing around the bathroom door was so rusted i worried that the door might fall off when I opened and closed it. The edging made to hold the carpet down was half off and just pointing into the air, what a tripping Hazzard. Upon arrival there was someone else's soap scum and Toothpaste splatter/spit all over the faucet, that's disgusting. Housekeeping was right across the hall from our room and sounded like a frat party at 5am! The exit door by our room "stuck" and required brut force to get it to open. Heat/cool management in the room was impossible,
changing the temperature by 1 degree was the difference between being in artic cold to rainforest heat. Definitely not a place I'll return to. The only upside was the beds were comfortable.

Room had a pubic hair on the bathroom floor, fingerprints on the full length mirror, floor in front of bathroom was sticky - enough to make noise with each step. Halls were loud at 1:00-2:00am. Checked in at 8:00pm, out by 7:00am. Woke up to snow- had to clear off car and help child into car with luggage. No plowing done, no shoveling done, no salt put down. I slipped and fell hard onto the ground. My knee is still in pain a week later/limited with how I bend it. Would like a refund for the unsafe, unclean experience.
