The rooms needed furniture that wasn't so worn out, towels that weren't stained and room maintenance. We came back and nothing was cleaned. All of the towels that were used were left on the floor, the trash wasn't done, there was just no maid service. What was good were the agents at the counter. Also we're hoping to check out the pool this morning.

Traveling alone on business so I'm not to fussy. No linen or towel changes for the 5 nights I stayed. Room so damp or humid that nothing felt dry when changing clothes. Had booked 6 nights. Not reimbursed for night I did not stay. Had to pay Hotels.com full 6 nights when booking. Restaurant was good. Very limited menu but good. Breakfast buffet was good.

Check-in was easy until we reach the room. The door had been left propped open. After we we learned the card Keys did not work. Hubby walk back up to the front desk which is two levels above our room of 114 . He was given new keys that still did not work. Came and changed the door lock and keys were fine afterwards. And the meantime we had repacked when advised will get a new room. The next person at the front that said as long as maintenance is on site no new room. We walked back to our original room and unpacked again. A TV did not work so maintenance came and did the adjustment. Room phones have been out since the refresh which was fine. Maintenance was wonderful

Simply an “okay” stay. I think the per night price should be lowered a bit. Only because the whole building/rooms are old and need updated. However, they are in the process of updating. One thing to note is that the staff was very friendly and great!

We stayed for one night, the front staff were not welcoming the guests. They were not smiling and friendly. Have to repeat my address multiple times and finally have to write it down for them for my credit card transaction. Not sure if they know how to enter the information, the transaction was failing multiple times. Then another associate has to pitch in to get the transaction go through. The exhaust in the bathroom is not working and there were lot of mold in the bathroom. I have let the front desk know about it. I skipped the breakfast due to uncleanliness of the whole hotel. There were smell of cigar smoke in the hallways.

Room was nice and clean. Hallway smelled like mildew since we were close to the pool area. But the room itself did not smell. Beds were comfortable and clean. They give you wrist bands for the pool and for breakfast in the morning. No one monitors use of these. Pool area was not as nice as the pictures. Definitely needs a face lift. Pool towels were too small even for my 9 year old skinny kid. Chairs in the pool room were broken. Pool itself seemed clean and taken care of. Breakfast was good. Many options for everyone. The waitress there was so nice and helpful. Very hard working making sure everyone was ok and tables were clean. It was 9:30 when they started cleaning some of the stuff up tho, when breakfast was to end at 10am. Would stay again since it was close to the amusement parks, and in a decent area. Was surprised it was so quiet being close to the interstate. Would stay again.
