This is the worst hotel (for the price they charge) that I have ever stayed at. First, the toilet clogged on the first flush. It unclogged on its own but took a good minute of holding the lever to fully flush each time, the entire stay. Second, the lights in the bathroom were a hit or miss. It was not about the lightbulb, but the switch was probably faulty. It took several times to switch up and down for the lights to come on, and they went out one time when I was in the shower. Third, there was a sketchy connecting door in-between my room and another one. It would have been fine, but the door was so thin that I could hear a conversation between several people in the adjoining room. They weren't even loud, it was not a party, but I could hear everything. I had to use earbuds and play music to sleep. I would recommend picking a different place, much cheaper and closer to a metro station.

NASTY- Location sketchy....Unbelievable I was SHOCKED by the 10/10 reviews this hotel is HORRIBLE, it needs to be inspected the mattresses are old and filthy masked with a mattress pad, we slept on the the top of the linen afraid....the staff are so used to complaints that their focus is not helping or pleasing the customer but protecting the owners money, when you speak of your disappointment the first thing they say is you will not get your money back what about I am sorry.......NEVER AGAIN......

As soon as I walked into the room there was a pungent smell of a spicy lunch. the floors were sticky so I assumed that it was just a remnant cleaning product. But, to my surprise, it was pure filth. I used a towel after my shower to shimmy around the floor due to the potential dirt. I was shocked by the amount of dirt. The white towel was black on the bottom of the towel!! BLACK. I have pictures and video as proof.

The location wasn’t terrible but definitely nothing special…. I was in town for work so clean and quiet are most important to me.
I expressed the need for quiet when I checked in because I have an early morning. There aren’t guarantees but it’s customary to use the higher level floors/rooms for guests traveling alone especially for business!!! I also expressed that as well. Needless to say I was told the hotel was completely booked but I was still put on the 4th of 7th floor. There were noisy children and families in the hallway both nights as late as 2:30am. Fortunately I travel with headphones but I could still hear their conversations.
It’s a simple strategy to reserve the top floor for guests like me but it does require a little thought and extra effort.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The condition of the room was noticeably poor and in need of serious updates. The bathroom in particular stood out for all the wrong reasons - the toilet seat was badly scratched, which gave an impression of neglect and poor maintenance. The bathtub had visible patches and repairs that not only looked unprofessional but also made it feel unsanitary. It clearly needs a full replacement.
Beyond the bathroom, the entire room felt worn down. From outdated furnishings to scuffed walls and damaged fixtures (lamps not working), it was clear that the space had seen better days and hasn't been properly maintained in quite some time. While the staff was polite and the location convenient, those positives were overshadowed by the uncomfortable and uninviting state of the accommodations.
This property has potential, but until there is a thorough renovation, I cannot recommend it - especially not at the current price point.
