Very convenient airport shuttle. Picked me up within 10 minutes of asking for the ride and left the hotel on schedule. Many restaurants within a short walk and also a Pizzeria Uno on site.

We do a few international trips each year out of O'Hare, and this is our favorite hotel. Nothing fancy but extremely clean, all the room amenities, a Pizza Uno in the hotel, friendly staff, and most importantly a dedicated hotel shuttle that is reliable, fast, reachable and trackable online, and picks you up at Terminal 5. The only complaint is the new $18/night parking gouge.

There was a pickle on floor in my room. Lobby door was very squeaky and sounded like it was malfunctioning. Breakfast was very poor. No waffles. Eggs and sausages were dry.

There was no in-room information. Wifi in the room was non-existent which made it very difficult. The hotel is starting to look tired.

The site is near the Rosemont outlets and entertainment center & Casino. They have shuttles to and from those sites, the airport and the blue line which takes you directly to downtown.
They serve breakfast at the UNO Pizzeria restaurant inside the hotel. It is better then most of the breakfasts included at other hotels because they serve scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, yougurt, fruit, a variety of sliced bread and bagels, cereal, 3 options of juice, and dried fruit.
The room was clean and big. It had a coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. It also had a bathtub.

The best part was the staff at UNO restaurant attached to the hotel. They were so friendly and the food was great.
Sleeping was awful! People were outside the front of the hotel laughing and carrying on until the wee hours. We all slept terrible.

Shuttle service was a disaster. 35 minutes waiting in the airport for pick up with children's under 20C temperatures after midnight. Called 3 times to front desk, and shuttle service even indicated the service was complete. Have to end paying for a taxi to take us to the hotel.

Breakfast was terrible, there is nothing to eat, no cheese, no cold cut, no eggs, only one toaster. Communication to get shuttle to and from the airport is terrible.
