Comfort Suites Seabrook - Kemah

Our stay was good overall, my only complaints would be that the pool was closed for most of our stay, as was the gym too, and the pillows were small. Other than that everything was good!

The room was very musty smelling, the shower wasn’t clean and unfortunately they had an issue with the hot water not working. The room looked like the maids hadn’t dusted it in quite awhile. Overall my stay left a bit to be desired.

Simple things need to be fixed. Drapes that actually close. Stock the food counter during breakfast. Shouldn't have to ask for yogurt every day. Too humid in rooms ac does control humidity which is needed in Houston.

We appreciated the spacious and well-maintained suite, which provided a comfortable stay for the family. The kids especially enjoyed the pool, which added to their fun. Additionally, the centralized location made it easy for us to access the various areas we wanted to explore.

A quiet, clean, humble little surprise of a gem with a lovely breakfast and very accomodating staff. You should be proud!

Great place to stay, close to Kemah boardwalk

Place was clean a quite, pillows needed to be more comfortable and need to update their furniture. Also pool was not in service while we stay 😔

I booked this property for my family before we headed out on our cruise for spring break upon check in the staff was courteous I went out, got my luggage, went up to the room when I opened the door I had a gut feeling to take a closer look just by what I saw upon walking in! So we started taking the bedding down and checking the sheets and the mattresses there was urine stains that leaked all the way through the mattress onto the dust ruffle of the boxspring so then we continued looking further. There was crumbs from food and trash underneath the bed. There was white powder along the walls, not quite sure exactly what that white powder was, but it was all around the exterior walls. There was dark stains possibly mold under the ice machine as well. The trash in the dumpster was overflowing, had not been dumped clearly in a long time. It was an oversized dumpster, not a normal sized business dumpster, and it was full of trash stuff was falling out, and it was just laying up against the trash dumpster on the ground. I went down to talk to front desk staff she at that point was rude and confrontational. I could not stay here with my child and family due to sanitary conditions! I even looked at the reviews before booking and seemed like a nice property welll those reviews are very deceiving!! Also if you look at the property photos looks like 2 different properties I will provide photos with my review!!

The pictures on the internet are very deceiving and outdated.The furniture definitely could be replaced. The lady at the front desk was friendly. The bathroom was newly renovated. The shampoo and conditioner and soaps were not the best. Bring your own. The coffee was gross bring your own Kcups.

Pillows are EXTREMELY small but other than that, it was clean and comfy.

Nicki and “Barbalette” were very friendly and professional. We were very pleased with their work. Kudos to both!!

Pullout sofa was dirty and cover wasn’t washed and had dog food on it.
