Check in takes a long time not near enough hostess working on check-in. At least 30 minute wait. The online check-in using Travelocity did not work. Had to wait in line to get my room key.

Check in Was confusing, screwed up our Dinner reservation, Told us we could no use Rewards cus we used Hotels.com. Had request to have our room cleaned. No Coffee in the room. Pool lounge reservations gave us 3 prices, of which we paid the highest. They did correct that but still sketchy. I would not stay there again.

Hotel was built in 2021 so it was very clean and nice. Just a few cons: the sheets were a little dusty it made me sneeze the whole night and the check in process needs to be more streamlined! Other than that, everything is very nice and clean. I will come back!

Nice hotel, very comfortable. Now the negative, a $60 resort fee that does not really include anything. Unless you count the TV in my room, internet, which I did not need due to cell, maybe the towels in the bathroom or how about toilet paper. Does not even include self parking. Ridiculous. Why is it only $60, why not $300, or $1000. Stop with the junk fees. I do not suggest staying here due to the resort fee, find somewhere that provides actual value for the room charge and junk fee.

I could not sleep in my room due to the loud music next door. I called the front desk twice and finally a third call to the security desk and finally at 3:30 AM and 3 hours later they addressed the noise issue

Resorts world was a quality stay with no crowds, a great spa, and pleasant rooms. The hotel charges for parking and the garage is a bit far from the building. Other than this i have no complaints. When good promotions are offered, i would consider staying again.
