It was very clean but a bit cold in the room. The blankets provided weren’t enough to keep warm. Other than that the service from the front desk staff was great as well.

Disgusting…food from a previous customer, black mold, smelled heavily like cigarettes despite us asking for a non smoking room. The pillows felt like rocks. My neck still hurts from it.

The cleaning staff are very scandalous...playing music at full volume while they clean the rooms, without any respect for the clients, who are the ones passing by, a total shame

Well, my biggest complaint is the mess of noisy and scandalous cleaning employees... talking to groups and playing loud music, I have never ever been humiliated in that way, I almost asked for my refund.
