We had a wonderful time at Cotton Court. Everyone was so kind and helpful. My only complaints were that there was inadequate parking and the restaurant was second rate. Other than that everything was great.

We stayed Easter weekend and had the best time! We enjoyed breakfasts, live music and cocktails and Easter Brunch at Midnight Shift. Toasted marshmallows in the fire pit, hung out near the fireplace in the lobby and played cards with our family, it was the perfect stay! Our rooms were beautiful and clean and the basket of snacks in our room were spot on! Staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable! Can’t wait to stay again and use the pool!

Everything g was amazing accept the restaurant. They had us waiting over an hour to get seated although there was so many seats open. They said the kitchen needed a break. The following morning we needed to eat before leaving and we asked several times when they open- they said 7am and then when we got there they said they serve breakfast at 8am which didn’t allow us the opportunity to eat before taking off on the plane. The lack of communication and their unwillingness to provide food in a timely manner was super confusing. This place is a business and we watched them lose so many customers. They didn’t seem to care.

First impressions of Cotton Court were great. We were greeted with bottle of water and a couple cans of Lone Star beer. The front desk clerk was very friendly. The room was adorable, but then we noticed how dirty the floor was. It was very obvious that it was not vacuumed between guests. The beds were comfy. The Cotton Court was a fun property and the room was really cute, cozy and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! I did have an issue with the cleaning staff who stole candy from an Easter basket in my room. They also did not refill items in the bathroom. It was a unique hotel and would recommend it to all.

Cotton Court Hotel in Lubbock absolutely blew me away. From start to finish, every detail of the guest experience was thoughtful, polished, and on point. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s the blueprint for how modern hospitality should be done.
Check-in was a breeze, the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, and the entire vibe of the hotel is relaxed, stylish, and incredibly welcoming. The courtyard in the center is a total showstopper—perfect for relaxing, gathering with friends, or just enjoying the atmosphere.
Pet-friendly? Absolutely. My dogs were welcomed just as warmly as I was, and the outdoor space made it so easy and enjoyable to travel with them.
Parking was easy and accessible, which is a big plus, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Everything felt intentional, from the layout to the little touches that just make a stay better.
And the best part? For the level of quality and service, the price is an incredible value. Cotton Court has officially raised the bar. I’ll definitely be back—and recommending it to everyone I know.

Great hotel; everyone that worked there was super friendly. The room was clean, the bed was super comfy, and all the little details were so inviting. The courtyard is a great place to hang out in the evenings. Of ever in Lubbock again, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
