The fire alarm at 3am was not what we needed after driving 6.5 hours and my boys had to play at 9 am breakfast at most places is 6 am we were not able to get the free breakfast since we had to leave early wash day for bball games and coffee want even made I wasn’t happy

Hotel is OK with breakfast, coffee. Hotel has a pool thus the room smells a bit breached. Carpet is dark and unappealing. But room is spacious. A bit old hotel but good for a night.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff were nice and the grounds were nice.

Clean rooms and quiet atmosphere. Beds were great!

My son couldn’t go swimming since to many people in the pool. Looked like a party and he wasn’t part of it.

This place was dirty and the listing is very misleading. When arriving to the room the toilet was already plugged and there was not a shower curtain!! It took quite awhile to fix the plugged toilet, but after it was fixed a worker brought a hand written note, (to the pool in front of everyone) stating “DON’T THROW TOILET PAPER INSIDE THE TOILET PLEASE” First thing, we did not cause the problems and second where is the TP supposed to go? And to top it all off, couldn’t shower because they never did get a shower curtain to the room…..they were extremely rude about the whole deal…would give negative stats if I could. I would NOT recommend staying here!!

Booked for two queen beds was given a king. Told them I need to queens and was informed that they had non this was booked through Expedia and is non refundable

Customer service was ok, but not great. Front desk service was never actually at the desk and they weren't overly friendly/helpful when asking for things. The towels were never stocked in the pool area, we had to go to the front and wait for someone to request more. They would only bring one small stack each time. The pool and hot tub were decent size and the kids enjoyed it, a bonus for some may be that it stays open until midnight. The breakfast staff did a decent job of keeping food fully stocked and they had a decent variety. My biggest complaint would be how uncomfortable the bed was. I considered sleeping on the floor the second night. The rooms were decent sized. The hotel was ok overall and if they had different beds, I would likely stay again.

When we arrived our first set of keys were to a room with disheveled sheets and trash, as though somebody was still in that room. Our second room was not clean at all, so we just turned in the keys and left to go find a new hotel.

In the middle of the night we had someone keep trying to get in our room. We called the front desk and asked someone to come check on it and they asked us to tell the person to come to the front desk. We let them know that we were not opening the door and asked that they send someone to check on it which they finally did. The room was noisy overall as we could hear the people upstairs every time they moved around.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We checked in at 3:15 pm and they told us our room still needs to be cleaned, which was fine. We went to grab food and came back at 4:45. Checked in again and they told us our room still needs like 15 minutes of cleaning. The manager gave us the keys to the room but said come back in 15 minutes. We went to the basketball game in town, and did not get back until 11. We went to our room and tried to get in but the keys did not work. So we went to the front desk and a very nice guy was willing to help us out. But the problem is, he told us that there are no rooms under our name. He did some calling with his manager and turns out she unchecked us in and moved us to the next day for a reservation as well as gave our room to someone else, that u am sure we woke up trying to get into the room. Long story short a very nice front desk guy worked things out to try and get us a room but there were no rooms left. They were able to get us one room that still needed cleaning. We will not be staying here again.

We were on a tight schedule in the morning. We count on breakfasts, and coffee. Breakfast room didn't open until 7:20. We waited in lobby for it to open. Coffee in lobby was cold. The eggs and bacon were barely warm. Was going to have oatmeal instead but need very hot water, asked for some, he filled pump pot with barely warm wster. No microwave in breakfast area to warm up.. We always look for hotels with breakfast as we are just quickly traveling through. Just take a few minutes to tidy up lobby area and halls goes a long ways. Same used bottle of water was still on lobby counter this morning as when we checked in at 7 the evening before. I threw that away while we were waiting. Explains maybe why all the other hotels in area had full parking lots this morning

Lobby was clean and inviting and the guy that checked us in was very helpful and kind but that's about it. We paid $160 plus taxes and fees. We went down at 9am for breakfast Sunday morning (which was done at 10am) and there was 4 pieces of sausage 3 scoops of eggs 1 piece of white bread and 4 mini bagels. You could make your own waffles as well. The breakfast room was a disaster! Sticky floors, counters, and tables from maple syrup. It appeared nothing had been cleaned since they opened for breakfast. No one was there to assist with any of the previously mentioned items. We were one of 6 people that came down at that time and I felt terrible for the people after us as there was really nothing to choose but juice and a waffle. The trash was full and overflowing. Our room was clean, but dated and office chair all the leather had peeled off and the lounge chair had white stains and holes. Our fridge and heater were very loud. It was a place to sleep as the weather wasn't great, but for what we paid I expected more than what we got.

No one cleaned the room before our stay. There was no facial tissue, globs of soap on shower handle, someone left behind beer in the fridge and something nasty I didn't want to touch. The room needed to be vacuumed even though it was a worn out carpet. Bed linens were clean an that's the best I can say about it. Only one night so didn't bother asking for another room. Would've taken too much time.

They put us in a room that didn't have a jetted tub when that is what I booked. Then they did put us in the correct room but the floor was not vacuumed and you could see the dirt. Then the tub was not cleaned well and I bought bleach to clean it out before I would let my son use it. Then the TV would not work. Had sound but no picture and the front desk said they couldn't help me.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Staff is really helpful & accommodating. A busy Sunday breakfast had plenty of food but staff had a hard time cleaning tables. Monday was calmer and much better, but always had plenty of food or if asked, staff would restock. We rebook this hotel repeatedly

The hotel itself was fine – I've definitely stayed at worse places. What frustrated me the most, though, was that my family and I had been up since 4 AM and were on the road all day. We arrived at the hotel at 3:15 PM for our 3:00 PM check-in, only to be told that our room wasn’t ready and it would be another 5 to 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, I checked again and was told it would be another 10 minutes. After a 45-minute wait with two extremely tired children, we finally got into our room.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet, peaceful place.
