I expressed a concern about the room I was assigned. Within moments, Samantha, the manager, phoned my room and located 2 other rooms fore to choose from. I selected one of these rooms and had a wonderful stay. I am very grateful and impressed with the way my concern was met. Excellent management.

Super nice hotel, very clean. Love the Starbucks & cafe in the hotel. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to this area.

Good location and free parking (went to a Courtyard hotel in Sherman Oaks a day after this visit and paid $27/day for parking). Was greeted with 2 warm big chocolate chip cookies at check in. Went for a swim right after check in and this hotel was having a “guest appreciation day” so free food and water at the pool area. Came late for a dip and they had run out of towels but the gentleman that checked us in happened to be checking on the pool area and I asked him for more towels. He quickly had someone bring them to us. Pool was great, hot tub was awesome, room was clean and parking was easy access and free! Great job to the staff!

We had a good stay! Clean. Pool was nice and the kids had the pool to themselves. Its only 4ft at the deepest so easy for younger kids.
