Check in was very smooth. Our room is very clean and spacious. All staff have been very friendly and helpful.

Good clean rooms. The staffs are the reception were super friendly and very helpful. Have to order breakfast from a menu. There is no parking on site and valet is $25 a day.

Check in was great, except we were completely unaware the only parking option was valet at 25 bucks a day, however the valet was great the whole trip, but that isnt something we would normally be comfortable with, and I wish we were made aware at booking.
The room was ok. Normal, except the heater/ac was broken. It was 75 in our room the whole time, regardless of how low I set the a/c and how high I set the fan.
Two mornings showers were pleasant, but this morning it was absolutely freezing. I barely could muster enough strength to take a quick shower. Was kind of grateful the room was stuck so hot afterwards.
The traffic on the street was very loud and made sleep difficult.

This was my first visit to South Bend/Notre Dame campus. Staying at the downtown location was so convenient for our activities. The accomodations were comfortable, giving me the necessities of home while away. The staff was so welcoming, friendly and courteous. I only had one issue with the shower temperature one morning - it took a very long time to get hot water, but I survived. Great place to stay!

Wifi did not work as instructed - supposed prompt to out in room # never appeared and so in all, 2 phones and a laptop were never able to access wifi. We were told that "it worked for other guests."
Stayed 2 nights, got no housekeeping service - left room at 1145am, cam back at 930pm to make our own beds and look for extra towels in fitness center.
Room/beds were comfortable, good location.
