Location was convenient. However, upon check-in we were notified that they would only provide housekeeping every other night and then they did not even provide it for our 4 night stay. Towels were very old and cleanliness of room was subpar.

The valet service was wonderful!!!! We were there 4 days and room was never cleaned. No towels, toilet paper, or soap was brought and the trash wasn’t emptied. The nightstand had dust that looked an inch thick and you could tell that it hadn’t been dusted in weeks. Service need a lot of help, except for valet service, which was outstanding!

I have traveled to many places and stayed in variety of hotels, but the staff in this hotel, front desk, bistro, maid service is outstanding. They are kind, warm and efficient and go out of their way to take care of your every need!! Highly recommend!!!

Super clean and nice Ole Downtown Hotel. Looks historical but rooms are well maintained and updated. Plenty of room and all the personal items you might need are available. Our 1 sleep on the sleeping sofa and it was great. Missing some extra blankets in the room but overall was ok. I highly recommend this hotel.
