Courtyard by Marriott Worcester

Area around is great with shops and food options. Valley parking at the property was pricey. We used the parking at the back of the building and we paid half price. Overall, it was a good stay and we will stay here again if we are in Philly.

From start to Finish we loved everyone that worked at the front desk, breakfast area, cleaning people, etc… I would stay there again and again if back in town. Many Thanks to all!!

- first night there was a large party in the courtyard next to our room till almost 10:30 PM. Then kids were playing in the hallways till 11:00. Then another party around 11 was making noise in front of our room. Clearly overbooked. - upon arrival I was handed the pack and play for my baby. I carried it to our room. It didn’t snap correctly, I asked for help. Waited an hour no one came so my husband took it down to the lobby. They said they would bring another one - they did not. At this point it was past 11 PM and we had to move a chair next to the bed for the baby to not fall. They finally brought one the next day. - we asked for linen change, we just ended up doing it ourselves - we never had housekeeping during our stay - we had to keep going to front desk for towels, blankets, etc as needed - the bed was very uncomfortable - the room needs upgrading, there are spots that the wallpaper is pulling from on the bathroom due to humidity. Also - the sink faucet is not the right size for the sink — all the water pools by the handles because it doesn’t reach into the basin. Overall, for the price paid compared to the experience we had - this was awful. I have stayed at many Marriott’s and thought I would have a good stay here too - unfortunately I probably won’t book another Marriott. The front desk staff is super nice - but they are limited in capacity and extremely understaffed.

The room was clean. The king bed was comfortable. Quiet and comfortable. Suggestion: brighter lights needed in sleeping area and a clock. The staff was professional and responsive. There was an outside card entrance door next to my room. I noticed the door did not properly latch after passing through. After reporting this to the staff a worker appeared within five minutes to resolve the problem. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

Great stop if you are traveling west from Boston airport. Will be a regular stop for me in future

The room seemed recently updated and was very comfortable. The shower was great.

The place was clean, the staff were polite and helpful. But I didn't appreciate paying double the price of previous visits. It was graduation time, and prices should not have been doubled.

Checked in but when I asked for a room on the second floor, not the ground floor, I was given one near the noisy elevators and ice machine plus a window overlooking mechanical equipment just outside. The hotel, check in staff said, was quite empty. Then I could not have a room key because they were changing the system. “Ten minutes” turned into an hourlong wait for a key. Restaurant closed on this Sunday because it needed work. Floor washers left lobby floor so wet I almost fell. (Then they put down a rubber mat. ) No networks/PBS or other decent channels on Tv. I’ve Stayed in courtyards before (2 weeks ago in north Toledo) and they have been fine. Not this one.

U checked in and checked out minutes later, waiting on my refund, most terrible place I’ve ever been to in my whole entire life! I would not recommend this place for even a bird to stay at!!!! Not professional at all! Please do not affiliate yourself with this hotel.

Pool is closed for construction. Even though this listing says nothing about that. We chose this hotel because it said it had a pool. Normally I would give this hotel 5 stars but false advertising caused some very unhappy children and therefore unhappy parents. If there had been communication with us beforehand Very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and very accommodating

Trip went well - front desk staff was friendly but were totally ignored in the bistro. Waited 10 minutes without anyone greeting. Went out and had breakfast elsewhere. Also our room faced the pits and it was bit noisy even after 10pm. Everything else was decent.

The televisions did not work , the pool was disgusting and staff were awful

I was visiting someone in the hospital during a tense time. The front desk staff (especially C!) did everything they could to make my visit successful - kind and helpful. So much appreciated!
