Super friendly staff. Check in process was a breeze, best one I’ve had so far. Dog friendly stay for sure. And the fact that the whole place is smoke free!

It was great to have the opportunity to do our laundry. We had a clean room with comfortable beds and nice hot shower. But the breakfast burritos were the stand-out here!

The staff was friendly. This hotel was a stop heading towards phoenix. It wasn't terrible. However, when you book a suite you expect certain things. Like towels that aren't frayed on the ends, pen and paper for notes (i wanted to write a quick thank you), pillows at look as if they throw pillows and blackout curtains that actually black out a wondow without sliver of sun on each end. I know it seems picky, however if you pay more, show me why i paid more. It was just a one night stay so it was an "okay" for me. If i had booked for a few days, i would have found a different place to stay.

Staff were super helpful and nice! 10/10 for them. My room was fine, just a bit run down. The bed was ok, but the sheets had a couple of holes in them. The bathroom was kind of grimy and gross, with my shower head being partially broken, a moldy bath mat and various hairs around. This is the main reason for the lower score. It was on the nosier side, the doors were thin and you could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. The free breakfast was a nice perk! Overall it was fine for a few days, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again because cleanliness is a big factor for me.

Had a great stay, not in the nicest part if Santa Fe but hotel was good for the night we stayed. Grewt ambiance/decor in lobby and rooms and they are remodeling !
