Nice over night stay!

The hotel was clean, and the restaurant was nice. I enjoyed my stay. The only update to the amenities would be to add a shuttle service to all airports. Sometimes the closes one does not have convenient flights, and it would be nice to have a shuttle no matter what airport was chosen.

Over priced. The hotel is a little bit old and crowded

Star bucks was a nice perk

I have stayed here about five times in the last year. It is convenient being so close to the Metro. Easy to get into DC and easy to go down to Alexandria. Sayid checked me in this last time, and he gave me a great room location. Away from the elevators and in a quiet corner. I very much appreciate the small things like that whenever I'm checking in to a hotel. Especially as a solo traveler who often is also working while traveling. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.

Great stay

AC unit periodically got very load. Tub had many repaired chips. Other than those to items room was fine.

The desk clerk(s) were friendly and helpful. However, my daughter and I were forced to leave the hotel at 4:00 am due to bed bug(s). My daughter was bitten and her forearm began to swell. The desk clerk on duty was notified and did not offer any remedy other than to let management know about the issue and have the room treated. I am a longtime IHG member. We lost 7 hours of rest/relaxation at this facility. Most favorite time spent was at the Potomac Social Tavern. The bartender and the wait staff were very attentive to our needs. Food was delicious.

Very good place around an airport

Check in was fast and friendly! Nice to have a restaurant and Starbucks on site. Easy walk to stores and the Metro.

Poor customer service

Very easy access to the airport. Clean and up to date

There was no shuttle running whatsoever at all between 11pm-midnight to pick me from the airport. Another hotel shuttle was nice enough to drop me off at my hotel. When checkout comes, front desk informed me shuttle service does not begin until 4:30am while my flight depart at 6am. There was no exception whatsoever to send me earlier when I requested it. The current front desk lady was not friendly at all. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you have an earlier flight and/or late arrival unless you’re ok to Uber.

Amazing and quiet stay.

Easy to the metro and the airport shuttle was a big plus. Very clean and the breakfast was good. Pub had great food.

Mentioned the leak to housekeeper but never addressed or resolved.

We reserved and paid for a room with two beds several months ago. When we arrived we were told that all of the rooms with two beds were already taken. We were given a room with one bed and a nasty sofa bed. We are not happy.

Stayed here 3 years ago and it was great. Has since not been maintained. Not sure if they plan it or are short staffed asked for room to be made up every morning 4 days in a row room was never made up once and had to go to the front desk to get towels each night. Was told by front desk staff each of 4 days somebody would be up and never came.

Like the airport shuttle Breakfast buffet was nice Bathroom too small and no microwave

The stay was overall average, the rooms needs to be updated and rooms can have an update on decor. Lighting and decor was outdated.
