Crowne Plaza Suites ARLINGTON by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Room was spacious, breakfast options were good, and close to stadium.

Very comfortable sleep arrangements. Nice temp settings (cool) and very quiet. My only negative was not having a microwave in the room.

Went to watch CECC for my friends little brother, had a buddy stay with me at the hotel. The front desk lady was very helpful. Even got up at 4am to grab drinks by the desk. Very convenient. Would stay here again.

Staff is really friendly but specially Elaina! She was awesome. Went in for a tournament and the hotels are clean.

Reception could not have been less helpful and dismissive when I called asking to change the name on the booking to my husband as I would no longer be able to make the trip due to a family funeral. Charged for B&B when it should have been included. Overall really poor experience.

Was never told until getting to desk to check in that cant use 5 of the 6 cards i had with me. Would not take my $50 incedental pmt so had to cancel bc thry wouldnt tske those cards after i already paid for room with very sane card. Receptionist got call from cust relations while i waited on hold and she just put the cust rel lady on hold and went back to texting on her personal phone. So they got my 169 for the room but i never got to stay in the room and will not refund it

Short and sweet, Came to see Kendrick Lamar concert, but had to head back to San Angelo 1st thing in the morning

30 dollars for one box of cereal and milk abut ridiculous

Older hotel, well maintained, clean, friendly staff.

Front desk, staff seem to be occupied with multiple things and took longer than necessary to check us in. First room had stains all over the blanket that were red and brown, second room, not much better as far linens are concerned. The next day staff changed the linens in the room.

Suites very excellent, clean and smart. I loved it and our stay was great

Service overall was bumped up simply because of one person. Tiara, the front desk attendant, is one the best people in hospitality that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. We came to order a lunch, which was closed an hour earlier than stated, and she helped us. Appreciate her going above and beyond for us.

I wish theu would have provided bigger shampoo, conditioner, etc. We booked 6 people and had tiny toiletries and 3 towels.

Traffic noise was a bit difficult.

Needed more coffee in room.
