It was a very easy check in and out, we were able to get in the room early for a fee but so worth it to take a nap after the drive there and before the wedding we were attending! Would surely stay here again!

Made reservations online stated centennial breakfast… called front desk asked what does it start they said they don’t! Offer it 😒:)
Online said check in time was 3:00PM. Called the front desk day before arrival and they said 4:00PM
The bath tube was extremely slippery dangerously no skid resistant. The large dresser front left leg was visibly broken… the site was on point . The whirlpool had to have the front desk come turn on the sauna wasn’t hot maintenance had to come and…the tube is not a garden style too small to take a soaking bath in not big in size 185lbs

We were in the area visiting family. The property is beautiful, the staff were very nice. The room had a few issues, shower made loud noise, refrigerator didn't work but was replaced promptly. We had coffee pods in the room but no water to make the coffee. The elevator out of service the day before our departure which caused me and my 71 year old sister to carry our heavy luggage down a flight of stairs. There was a fishing tournament and a wedding for the weekend so we kind of felt neglected.
