The people here are kind and generous they helped us and gave us the space we needed and were well trained in different things from the housekeeping to the people in the front who checked us in they all were very kind I have extended my stay from some time now because we have had some trouble and they were very understandable about the needs we had

The room was super dirty, sheets had stuff on them. Shower was dirty and there was a space between the shower faucet and the wall where water can get in and grow mold. The chair in the room was so gross that they needed to throw it out. I would like my money back. I told the front desk the next morning and they really did not care.

toilet seat broken, smoke detector without battery, shower handle fell off, towel rack pulled out of wall, microwave didn't rotate, A/C filter so filthy that no air could circulate. Had to clean myself to cool room, toilet bowl not bolted to floor, shower without non-skid strips, hand holds, or rubber non slip mat. Accident waiting to happen.
Cosmetically updated recently but would not recommend it.

Don’t do it. Spend the money for something you won’t have to worry about bedbugs in. Our first room had no working tv. Our second room had a tv, but my bed spread had questionable crusty stains. When I pulled off the bedspread there were two long black hairs on the sheet. I’m a brunette with blonde highlights. I insisted on new linens, which turned out to be ill-fitting. Pretty sure it was a case of queen sheets on a full bed so the corners kept slipping off. There was a crusted food stain on the floor.The bathroom was so tiny you couldn’t sit down and then shut the door- your legs were in the way. The wall between the tub and the toilet had mildew stains, and my favorite “decorative” touch- a large dried green booger on the wall above the toilet. The bathtub was dangerous. No bathmat and no safety rails. The only thing between my 89 year old father and a broken hip is the shower curtain, which fortunately for the hotel, held his weight when he grabbed it on his way down.

This might be the worst hotel stay I've had in 20+ years. Staff was very blunt and not social. The room reeked of cigarettes, the bed might as well have been made with a crater in the middle it was so used. Walking across the floor in anything outside of shoes was a mistake, the bottom of my feet were pitch black from dirt and grime walking across without shoes on once, there was red dye on the toilet paper which was alarming and just putting warm water on one of the wash cloths provided turned it blue- which is alarming as well. I didn't trust the coffee knowing it was using water from this hotel. They also charged over $125 for this stay. Learn from my experience, don't stay at this hotel.

What a dump. We were trying to get out of a storm late at night and paid $140 for a $40 a night room. Bed Linens were stained. Not sure if they had been changed or not the last 2 or 3 weeks. We slept in our sleeping bags. was only toast and bran cupcakes. Huge disappointment. It is not boat trailer friendly if you want to keep your stuff in sight. Place was absolutely filthy. Trash everywhere, tweakers wandering around. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Pack a weapon if you stay here

We stayed here for the price during an Ole Miss football game. We have stayed here three other times over the last 12 years. Its literally a place to sleep that doesnt cost over $400 nt in the area. Beds are very small, but comfortable. Small bath area. Rooms are pretty best up but clean. We spent one night and only slept there, we didnt even shower.

My CC# changed in between booking this hotel and my arrival date (was booked months in advance). Apparently the owner called me about this detail while I was flying to Memphis and left a message stating that my reservation would be canceled before I even got off the plane!
When I arrived the woman working the desk was kind enough to fortunately find me a room but at the rate of that time, not the rate I booked the room through expedia. I spoke with the owner the next morning about this and she told me that she'd correct it when she got to it later that day. Nope. Charged at the higher rate and nothing was ever credited back.
