Room not cleaned. No toilet paper or shampoo. Door wouldn't lock. Air conditioner too loud to use. People outside the room talking at all hours. Asked to change rooms, was offered refund instead, then refused to give refund after we left.

The pool was out of order which was the whole reason we stayed at this hotel. We only had one clean towel in our bathroom, the soap was opened and used in the shower. We got three pillows the size of a decorative pillow on our beds.

For the price, it was fantastic! Inviting smells when you walked in the door! The staff was so nice! My aunt and I were on our way to Wisconsin to be with my mom because my dad had passed away. I accidentally left my jacket in the room and called to see if they had found it. They did, kept it for me and I retrived it on our stay back home. I was so grateful! The room was clean and had everything needed. Will definitely stay there again!
