There was no hot water and the water pressure sucked. The shower want draining so boyfriend pulls the drain and what does he find puck in the drain. That’s nasty

The hot water did not last long when you take a shower and they do not clean the rooms every day

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hot water would run out after 5-7 minutes.

When we arrived the room was dirty, the sheets had stains and hair on them. My wife went and told the front desk and there solution was to hand her sheets for us to remake the bed ourselves. The next morning we had a do not disturb sign on and the front desk guy knocked on the door and said they are coming in because a hot tub in another room needs to be fixed and that has to be done from our room. I informed him of the sign I hug on the door and he proceeded to bring his repairman in and start to work. We packed up and left right then. Still hoping for a refund for the remaining 3 days we paid for.

The property was fine except that it needs more sound insulation on the exterior (front) wall. The problem is with Expedia which failed to disclose the following charges BEFORE booking: Room Charge ($17.92), the State Tax ($11.26), the Lodging Tax ($5.00) and the GA Hotel/Motel Fee ($5.00).

The views from our room were amazing and the hotel is ran by a wonderful Mom and Son duo. The whole experience was just cozy and lovely.

One of our beds didn’t have a sheet on it. The room was set on 76 when we arrived so it was hot. Phone didn’t work and the sink was dirty.

The door had a crack in it, the shower didn't work and just felt dirty

Hotel is definitely showing signs of aging. All exterior doors. Problems with tv switching off. Had to call for service a couple of times. Toilet clogged, when called for repair they asked if WE needed a plunger. They brought us one and husband cleared clog. I’m sure if it had over run they would have said it was our fault. Our other room, tv would never go off. Lol they had to sleep with it all night also large hole in tub where water ran into. Guy at counter nice enough even though there seem to be a language barrier. Trouble understanding

Shower leaked and hear news from other rooms. It’s a motel

I very much appreciated the fact that I requested a bottom floor room due to health issues and they accommodated my request. Additionally, I arrived early due to attendance at a wedding and I was accommodated again. Thank You!

The light over the sink was not working. They called an electrician, vut he told the management that the room would have to be empty because there's a short in the wall. My room was nice, but the outside looked like a dive. Some men were in the parking lot drinking and talking loud. They we're near my room. My friend left a night early because his wife wasn't going to stay there another night. We're both in the Rotary Club and were disappointed with the place. I didn't feel safe there u til I locked myself in my room. I think some people live there on a weekly or monthly basis. I do not recommend this Inn.

Inexpensive. Near the Smith House

We checked in, went into the room and found dirt on the floor, bugs, and the smell of body odor like someone did not wear deodorant. We spoke to the front desk and asked to refund our money as we cannot stay in this hotel and we were told no.

Place really needs remodeling it’s old. Floor feeling old in the rooms feels a little dirty it’s odd . The cost of this place really reflects in the quality of the stay. I don’t recommend I will not be staying at another one of these. Also they charged me for a night on my incidental card and did not even realize what had been done until I explained 4 times. Some of the employees English could be better . Was able to get refund though has not cleared yet . Overall I would say 2 out of five stars. Spend the extra money on the hotel next door. You’ll thank me later .

I recently stayed at this motel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. While the front desk staff was friendly, the room itself was far from acceptable. Also, beware of pictures as what’s featured is the Comfort Inn next door. Upon entering the bathroom, it was clear it hadn't been properly cleaned. I had to go to my car for Lysol wipes just to clean the toilet, which left visible dirt on the wipes. The corners of the shower were visibly dirty as well, and the pillowcase seemed unwashed, with strange spots on it. Overall, the room felt extremely outdated and in desperate need of upgrades and CLEANING. I understand that this was the only option available at the time, but compared to other hotels in a similar price range, this one was far below standard. They shouldn’t even call themselves a hotel. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
